President Trump Calls for House Republicans to Vote to RELEASE the Epstein Files: “We Have Nothing to Hide”

This week, the House of Representatives will vote on a measure to force the DOJ to release all of the Epstein files.

And, in a massive development, President Trump has just come out in full support of the bill!

In a post on Truth Social, he urged House Republicans to vote to release the files, claiming “we have nothing to hide!”

As I said on Friday night aboard Air Force One to the Fake News Media, House Republicans should vote to release the Epstein files, because we have nothing to hide, and it’s time to move on from this Democrat Hoax perpetrated by Radical Left Lunatics in order to deflect from the Great Success of the Republican Party, including our recent Victory on the Democrat “Shutdown.” The Department of Justice has already turned over tens of thousands of pages to the Public on “Epstein,” are looking at various Democrat operatives (Bill Clinton, Reid Hoffman, Larry Summers, etc.) and their relationship to Epstein, and the House Oversight Committee can have whatever they are legally entitled to, I DON’T CARE! All I do care about is that Republicans get BACK ON POINT, which is the Economy, “Affordability” (where we are winning BIG!), our Victory on reducing Inflation from the highest level in History to practically nothing, bringing down prices for the American People, delivering Historic Tax Cuts, gaining Trillions of Dollars of Investment into America (A RECORD!), the rebuilding of our Military, securing our Border, deporting Criminal Illegal Aliens, ending Men in Women’s Sports, stopping Transgender for Everyone, and so much more! Nobody cared about Jeffrey Epstein when he was alive and, if the Democrats had anything, they would have released it before our Landslide Election Victory. Some “members” of the Republican Party are being “used,” and we can’t let that happen. Let’s start talking about the Republican Party’s Record Setting Achievements, and not fall into the Epstein “TRAP,” which is actually a curse on the Democrats, not us. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Rep. Thomas Massie, who introduced the bill, says he is expecting over a hundred Republicans to vote in favor of releasing the Epstein files.

Per ABC News:

Republican Rep. Thomas Massie said Sunday there could be “a deluge of Republicans” who vote in favor of forcing the Department of Justice to release all the Jeffrey Epstein files.

“There could be 100 or more. I’m hoping to get a veto-proof majority on this legislation when it comes up for a vote,” Massie told ABC News’ “This Week” co-anchor Jonathan Karl. Massie was one of four Republicans who defied President Donald Trump and joined Democrats in signing the discharge petition which forced the vote this week.

The vote comes after the House Oversight Committee released over 20,000 documents, including email and text messages from Epstein, many of which mention Trump. The president has responded by calling the files a “hoax” and he pressed Attorney General Pam Bondi to open an investigation into several prominent Democrats over their connections to Epstein.

“I have another concern about these investigations that he’s announced. If they have ongoing investigations in certain areas, those documents can’t be released. So this might be a big smokescreen, these investigations to open a bunch of them to–as a last ditch effort to prevent the release of the Epstein files,” Massie said.

Now, the question is: was this President Trump’s plan all along?

Knowing that Democrats will always do the opposite of what Trump wants, was President Trump strategically stringing them along this whole time?

Recall that, prior to President Trump getting back into the White House the second time, Democrats did not care about the Epstein files.

If they had had anything on Trump, then Democrats certainly would have released those files during Biden’s presidency.

But, once President Trump got back into office and appeared to flip-flop on the issue, Democrats suddenly started pushing full-forward for their release — and, ultimately the demise of many of those within their own party…
