Sydney Sweeney is an absolute gem in Hollywood.

During a recent interview with GQ, Sweeney refused to give in to the woke, liberal left who branded her viral American Eagle “Good Jeans” ad as racist.

Despite reporter Katherine Stoeffel repeatedly trying to get her to apologize, Sweeney stood her ground.

NEW: Sydney Sweeney refuses to apologize for the American Eagle jeans ad after GQ’s Katherine Stoeffel continuously tried to get her to cave.

Stoeffel: I mean, Trump tweeted about the jeans ad … that just seems like a very crazy moment…

Sweeney: It was surreal.

Stoeffel: The risk is that there’s a chance that somebody will get some idea about what you think about certain issues … Do you worry about that?

Sweeney: No.

Stoeffel: The criticisms were that maybe white people shouldn’t joke about genetic superiority … I just wanted to allow you to talk about that specifically.

Sweeney: I think that when I have an issue that I want to speak about, people will hear.

As you probably remember, over the summer, American Eagle released this all-American ad featuring Sydney Sweeney:

Of course, anything patriotic is like water to the Wicked Witch of the Left.

They melted down, crying “white supremacy.”

In defense of Sweeney’s ad, President Trump then posted on Truth Social:

Sydney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the “HOTTEST” ad out there. It’s for American Eagle, and the jeans are “flying off the shelves.” Go get ‘em Sydney! On the other side of the ledger, Jaguar did a stupid, and seriously WOKE advertisement, THAT IS A TOTAL DISASTER! The CEO just resigned in disgrace, and the company is in absolute turmoil. Who wants to buy a Jaguar after looking at that disgraceful ad. Shouldn’t they have learned a lesson from Bud Lite, which went Woke and essentially destroyed, in a short campaign, the Company. The market cap destruction has been unprecedented, with BILLIONS OF DOLLARS SO FOOLISHLY LOST. Or just look at Woke singer Taylor Swift. Ever since I alerted the world as to what she was by saying on TRUTH that I can’t stand her (HATE!). She was booed out of the Super Bowl and became, NO LONGER HOT. The tide has seriously turned — Being WOKE is for losers, being Republican is what you want to be. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

American Eagle stocks surged after that post on Truth Social.

In the face of all the backlash from TDS-infected liberals, Sydney Sweeney was pretty quiet at that time.

But, it also emerged that she was a registered Republican, which sent the left into an even stronger fury.

This interview with GQ was the first time Sweeney directly talked about the left’s reaction to the ad.

In at least ten different ways, Stoeffel tried to trap her into an apology to quell and satiate the left-wing mobs.

Instead, Sydney refused to cave and commanded respect.

That’s extremely admirable.

Young women, take note!


On another note, Sydney Sweeney’s face when Katherine Stoeffel started going on her little bit about the “political climate” and how “white people shouldn’t joke about genetic superiority” had me rolling!
