Benzinga reported more details on Kirk’s last interview:

Earlier this month, conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University. His final interview provided a glimpse into his thoughts on entrepreneurship, Gen Z, and Elon Musk.

On Saturday, investor Andrew K Smith shared Kirk’s interview on X, where Kirk discussed his views on entrepreneurship, building businesses, and his vision for the future.

He stressed the importance of certain practices for sustainable entrepreneurship, such as honoring the Sabbath and avoiding burnout.

Kirk expressed his admiration for Musk, describing him as a “phenomenal entrepreneur” and an “unbelievable founder”. He commended Musk’s time management skills and his ability to manage his own schedule without an executive assistant.

When asked about his greatest reward as an entrepreneur, Kirk emphasized the journey and the memories created, rather than financial success. He also shared his thoughts on leading Gen-Zs and the importance of clear, articulated values within a company.
