The text message exchange between suspected Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson and his transgender boyfriend/roommate Lance Twiggs has just been revealed.
During today’s press conference, Utah County DA Jeff Gray read out-loud the full conversation Robinson had with Twiggs over text following the assassination.
Over text, Robinson told Twiggs to check under his keyboard for a note, in which he said he had the “opportunity” to assassinate Charlie and was going to take it.
This is the same note that Kash Patel referenced. It turns out that while the original note was destroyed (we still don’t know by who), authorities obtained a photo of it.
Robinson then confessed to Twiggs that he was the one who killed Charlie Kirk.
When asked why, Robinson sickeningly said it was because he “had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.”

For those who prefer to read, NBC News broke down the key points of the incriminating text message conversation between Robinson and Twiggs:
Tyler Robinson told his roommate that he had planned the shooting for a little over a week and had hoped to keep it a secret “until I died of old age,” Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray said.
The roommate told authorities that Robinson texted on Sept. 10 and told the roommate to look under a keyboard.
“Drop what you’re doing, look under my keyboard,” the message read, according to Gray.
Gray said a note was under the keyboard that stated: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I’m going to take it.”
After reading the note, the roommate texted Robinson and asked if he was joking, Gray said. Robinson allegedly responded: “I am still OK, my love. … Shouldn’t be long till I can home, but I gotta grab my rifle still. To be honest, I had hoped to keep this secret until I died of old age. I am sorry to involve you.”
The roommate then asked Robinson if he was involved in the shooting. Robinson confirmed that he was and said he intended to grab his rifle, but the area was on lockdown, according to the messages Gray detailed at the news conference.
When the roommate asked why he did it, Robinson allegedly responded: “I had enough of his hate. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.”
ADVERTISEMENTRobinson instructed the roommate to delete their text conversation, Gray said…
Tyler Robinson engraved his ammunition with references to internet memes, according to law enforcement, leaving investigators and onlookers curious about their deeper meaning. But text messages revealed in newly released charging documents suggest that the references may have been a form of trolling rather than a sign of motive or ideology.
“remember how I was engraving bullets?” Robinson is said to have written to his roommate, according to the documents. “The f—-in messages are mostly a big meme, if I see ‘notices bulge uwu’ on fox new I might have a stroke.”
On Friday, the bullet engravings became a heated topic. Along with the “uwu” meme referenced — which is a joke about the furry community — Robinson also appeared to reference video games, including in one engraving where he wrote, “Hey fascist! Catch! ↑ → ↓↓↓.” The note appeared to be a reference to the game “Helldivers 2,” which is a satirical take on fascism, but the mention of fascism quickly led many to speculate that it was a political message meant for Charlie Kirk.
Other engravings included “Oh bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao,” a reference to lyrics in an Italian song that is anti-fascist in nature and has become a meme, and one that read “If you read this, you are gay LMAO.”
What a deranged, hateful monster.
Robinson was officially charged today, and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
Let’s hope he gets it.
More from Fox News:
Officials announced formal charges against conservative speaker Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin on Tuesday.
Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray said that Tyler Robinson is being charged with several counts, including aggravated murder.
“The murder of Charlie Kirk is an American tragedy,” Gray said. “As county attorney, I am charged with bringing justice to those who offend our laws.”
ADVERTISEMENTIn addition to aggravated murder, the charges announced by Gray include two counts of obstruction of justice for hiding the rifle and discarding his clothing, two counts of witness tampering for instructing a roommate to delete texts and stay silent and one count of committing a violent offense in front of children.
Gray also filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty, meaning the defendant will remain in jail without bail.
“I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made independently as county attorney, based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime,” Gray said.
Gray said Robinson is also believed to have targeted Kirk based on his “political expression.”
Gray laid out the evidence against Robinson, detailing his actions taken after the shooting, including discarding clothing, hiding the weapon and urging his roommate to delete incriminating texts.
