Yahoo News had more to report on Kirk’s wife, Erika:
Charlie Kirk’s wife, Erika Frantzve, and his two small children were present at the Utah Valley University event when he was shot, according to a report published by the BBC.
ADVERTISEMENTFrantzve, 36, is a podcast host and entrepreneur. She’s also a former Miss Arizona who took home the title in 2012. Kirk and Frantzve first began dating in 2019 and the following year, he proposed. The two officially tied the knot in May 2021.
Over the next few years, the couple welcomed a daughter in 2022, followed by a son in 2024. Both Frantzve and Kirk did their best to keep their children out of the spotlight, and their names have never been released to the media.
Kirk was shot and killed at the age of 31 while speaking at Utah Valley University. Several videos from the event surfaced on social media that showed the conservative political activist jolt backwards on his stool from a gunshot. He was later confirmed dead by multiple outlets along with President Donald Trump.
