The more we learn about the demonic attack on a young Ukrainian woman by homeless criminal Decarlos Brown Jr., the more glaring it is just how deeply everyone failed Iryna Zarutska.
New surveillance footage from the shocking stabbing on a Charlotte, NC train sheds a very unsettling light on Iryna’s last moments.
The video reveals that Iryna Zarutska did not die right away.
After Decarlos Brown Jr. suddenly stabbed her multiple times in the neck, she appears terrified, shocked, and slowly bleeds out.
The other train passengers sitting around her completely ignore Iryna as she suffers and dies right next to them.

This poor woman, who fled war-torn Ukraine, was failed by America.
She was failed by the courts who let a schizophrenic, demonic monster loose on the streets.
And, she was failed by those Charlotte citizens who refused to help, or even look at her, in her final moments.

This is absolutely unacceptable.
This kind of thing can’t be allowed to happen again — and yet, it already is the sort of thing that happens almost daily in our big cities.
We need some very big changes in our nation.
