Well, this is rather disgusting and super creepy!
Mental illness is a horrible thing, and that’s about the only way I can think to describe this. Of course that’s not a clinical diagnosis, and I probably have to say “allegedly” to keep the lawyers happy, but this is one sick puppy according to reports.

A Texas man was allegedly wearing only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck when he approached an 11-year-old girl and her friend in a parking lot. 45-year-old Wesley Worl allegedly exited his truck and approached the girls who were riding their bikes near Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler, Texas.
He allegedly yelled, “Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change!” Worl was ultimately arrested and booked into the Smith County Jail on charges of criminal trespass and soliciting a minor. The 11-year-old told police she was frightened and ran into an alley with her friend.

Local CBS19 had more details:
The child told the officer she was shaking from fear. The girls ran to an adult the child recognized, and that adult’s son then drove to the area. According to the affidavit, the girls were trembling and could barely speak. They described encountering a “scary guy” who said, “Will you change my diaper for me?”‘
Worl matched the description of the suspect, and police noted that he had exhibited similar behavior in the past. The document details a history dating back to 1999 of Worl committing similar acts involving young girls, including public indecency, wearing a diaper in public, and stalking his ex-girlfriend. At one point, he was banned from visiting any parks within the city of Tyler.
According to the affidavit, Worl has a sexual fetish of wearing a diaper and has a reputation of being a sexual predator toward children, particularly girls who are 8 to 12 years old.
