Democrat Congresswoman Shocked Illegals Are Forced to “Brush Their Teeth Where They Poop”

Democrat Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz took a tour of Alligator Alcatraz in Florida today, and she came out shocked at the conditions illegals are being kept in.

According to Schultz, illegal immigrants are being forced to “brush their teeth where they poop in the same unit!”

Can you imagine? What horror!

Wasserman Schultz: They essentially drink, they get their drinking water, and they brush their teeth where they poop in the same unit. They bragged that they went above standards, supposedly, and gave them a three foot privacy wall that stretches the length inside the 32 detainee cage, a three foot privacy wall that stretches the length of the three toilets in a row.

The showers provide no privacy at all. There are no curtains on it. It’s a big, open shower unit. There are, you know, small walls in each shower.

Perhaps, she is referring to a toilet/sink combo, which is also standard at most U.S. prisons.

OUT OF TOUCH: Is it just me or do Democrats like Debbie Wasserman Schultz seem completely out of touch with the lives of most Americans? The vast majority of Americans brush their teeth in the same bathroom where their toilet is located. In fact, the standard design of almost every US prison and jail includes a sink/toilet combo that requires inmates to poop and brush their teeth in the same place.
