The Truth Behind The Trump/Tucker/Bannon "Feud"

For the past week, people trying to divide MAGA have claimed that Tucker Carlson and Steve Bannon are somehow at odds with President Trump.

They’ve tried to present it as some ongoing split and divide. A rift!

I’ve told you all along

Here’s the truth, as I just posted to Twitter:

Tucker and Bannon were never “anti-Trump”. Stop with that nonsense.

All they ever said was they don’t want new war with Iran.

Trump didn’t either.

PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH wins again.

Trump/Tucker/Bannon = all aligned, all on the same page.

President Trump had the genius and guts to see it through to a successful finish.

There’s never been some big, deep divide…

In fact, I never even heard very strong disagreements on policy.

I heard all three men consistently say they don’t want new war with Iran. They don’t want long-lasting war with Iran. They don’t want regime change. They don’t want a new 20-year tie up in the Middle East. We don’t want to oversee a regime change.

I never heard any disagreement on that topic from any of them.

In fact, Ted Cruz tried to call Tucker Carlson an “isolationist” and Tucker rightly told him that was demonstrably false. That’s not what he is.

So all three men also recognized that sometimes to get to the outcome we all want, you need PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH.

That’s why we elected President Trump.

We trusted him to see this through.

We trusted him to put every ounce of negotiating power on the table, and sometimes that looks like destroying three Nuclear facilities, and sometimes that looks like posting online about regime change to force their hand with pressure.

President Trump knew that.

President Trump executed things perfectly, perhaps even making Tucker and Bannon a bit nervous along the way….but that’s exactly how the Art of the Deal and the Art of War works.

You have to let everyone know you’re serious about the alternatives. So serious that even your allies start to get nervous that you might actually do it.

And that’s how you win.

So enough with all the nonsense about a rift between these men. There’s nothing of the sort, and now that President Trump has successfully achieved peace, you’re going to see any alleged rift almost immediately dissolve because we all reached the place we all wanted to reach — thanks to our incredible Commander In Chief, President Trump.
