Israeli air strikes hit multiple targets in Iran late Thursday in an attempt to wipe out the nation’s nuclear weapons facilities.
Hours later, President Donald Trump used the attack as an opportunity to reiterate his demand that Iran agree to the terms of a deal that would require its dissolution of any future nuclear weapon development.
“There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter, with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal, come to an end,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
