The Supreme Court refused to take up the case of a 7th grader who was punished for exercising his Constitutional rights.
They are refusing to get involved in a case that has the potential to set legal precedent and impact every American’s ability to exercise freedom of speech in the United States.
THIS SHOULD NOT STAND!
Liam Morrison and his parents were shocked when their son was sent home multiple times for wearing a shirt emblazoned with a simple statement, referencing the biological truth that there are only two genders.
Realizing the injustice and unconstitutionality of what was happening, they did what was necessary and brought a case to have the situation set straight.
Prior to that he approached the school board, pleading his case in hopes that the School Board would realize the error — and correct it.
Check out the video in which he “destroys the school board” during that appearance:
BREAKING: Supreme Court REJECTS appeal over student’s ‘Two Genders’ Shirt and upheld a federal appeals court decision that said the school was justified because the shirt carried a demeaning message https://t.co/ZYUjsnCVLn

Here’s the full screen version of that video for convenience:

Neither the School Board nor the court agreed with Liam and his parents.
Ultimately the courts sided with the School because… well, because ‘woke’ is the flavor of the season. And particularly in 2023 when that case was brought, the Biden Administration had set the tone.
And the courts new what would happen if you went against the LGBTQ-XYZ bs. (No appointments to help you climb the federal judiciary ladder for you!)
Besides that, the ‘woke’ mind virus had already run rampant through the court system, with anti-Constitutional fervor to boot.
But today’s ruling proved that even the highest court in the land has been corrupted by that ‘woke’ mental sickness:
Liam was sent home both times after he refused to change shirts.
The school argued the shirts made classmates feel unsafe, and a federal court agreed, saying the message was demeaning for transgender students

Check out this video of Liam’s appearance on Fox News back in 2023 alongside his lawyer to hear more about the situation in his own words:
According to Liam, the initial shirt said “There Are Only Two Genders”, and the subsequent shirt (after being censored by the school) had tape over the words “only two” with the word “CENSORED’ written over the top.
I love how this kid and his parents think. (Good for them for not letting this go!!!)
Schools should not be allowed to SUPRESS the freedom of speech of American kids!
The Supreme Court declined to even hear the appeal in order to have the lower court’s ruling overturned.
Two conservatives (I bet you can guess their names) held their ground against the majority who agreed not to intervene, according to CNN:
The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear an appeal from a Massachusetts middle school student who was forced to remove a T-shirt that claimed “there are only two genders.”
Two conservative justices — Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas — dissented from the decision to not hear the case.
So long as the appeals court’s decision remains on the books, Alito wrote, “thousands of students will attend school without the full panoply of First Amendment rights. That alone is worth this court’s attention.”
The case arrived at the Supreme Court at a moment when transgender rights have become a political and cultural flashpoint. The high court is already considering other cases dealing with LGBTQ+ rights, including a major challenge to Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for minors.
David Cortman, senior counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom, which represented Morrison, called the Supreme Court’s decision disappointing.
“Schools can’t suppress students’ views they disagree with. Here, the school actively promotes its view about gender through posters and ‘Pride’ events, and it encourages students to wear clothing with messages on the same topic,” Cortman said. “Our legal system is built on the truth that the government cannot silence any speaker just because it disapproves of what they say.”
Morrison and his family sued the district in federal court, asserting a violation of his First Amendment rights. The district court ruled against him, and the Boston-based 1st US Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed that decision.
Thank God for Alito and Clarence Thomas — may God bless them with good health, and long life!
On another positive note, the official policy of the United States is no longer operating in favor of biological idiocy and lies.
One of the first things President Trump did was to issue an Executive Order to roll back every vestige of the ‘woke’ gender ideology nonsense that had become pervasive across federal agencies — including the Dept. of Education.
Here’s an update Liam gave this year after the President FIXED the US policy to reflect reality:
It is unthinkable that Liam couldn’t express his simple opinion.
It is even more ridiculous that while the school censored his free expression, it promoted Pride Week openly!
Liam said his shirt wasn’t directed towards anyone back in 2023 — it simply expressed his opinion about what he “believe[d] to be true”, according to a report by Fox News:
The student, Liam Morrison, brought the case through his father and stepmother, Christopher and Susan Morrison. The plaintiffs argue Nichols Middle School violated his free speech rights when it banned him from wearing two T-shirts to school with the words “There are only two genders” and “There are [censored] genders” on the front.
Liam was sent home both times after he refused to change shirts. The school argued the shirts made his classmates feel unsafe, and a federal court agreed, saying the message was demeaning for transgender students.
Morrison, who was in seventh grade at the time, was sent home with his father in May 2023 after he refused to take off the shirt, according to court documents. He later wore the same shirt with the words “only two” covered with a piece of tape on which “censored” was written. The school also told him to take this shirt off.
In a 2023 interview with Fox News Digital, Liam stressed that his T-shirt was not directed toward anyone, specifically people who are “lesbian or gay or transgender or anything like that.”
“I’m just voicing my opinion about a statement that I believe to be true,” he said at the time. “And I feel like some people may think that I’m imposing hate speech, even though it’s not directed towards anyone.”
I have to say — I did not expect this result.
The issues of deportation and immigration have proven to be battleground issues within the Supreme Court as wolves have snuck in to thwart any return to commonsense policy.
I just didn’t expect FREEDOM OF SPEECH to be one of those policies openly thwarted.
If there is a lesson in this, it’s that the fight is far from over.
Liam — and the rest of us — have a lot of work to do if we’re going to restore a baseline of Constitutional integrity to this nation, and to the lives of every American.
Don’t let up. We have work to do.
