The victories have been rolling in almost nonstop for the Trump Administration’s first 100 days, but so have the hits.
And some of those hits constitute serious setbacks to President Trump’s agenda as he attempts to “Make America Great Again”, and turn the country back from the Progressive slide off the existential cliff we were headed towards.
The consequences of America’s rogue judges became even more clear over the weekend after one particular federal judge issued a PERMANENT INJUNCTION against the Trump Administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport the most dangerous illegals.

Judge Rodriguez’ ruling hinges on whether or not the Alien Enemies Act is permissible for the President to invoke when the U.S. isn’t under a war declaration against the home nation of those being deported.
That ruling came down last Thursday, according to a report in Politico:
President Donald Trump’s invocation of a wartime power to summarily deport Venezuelan nationals to El Salvador was “unlawful,” a federal judge ruled Thursday, blocking the administration from further deportations under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
The decision from U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez, Jr., a Trump appointee, is the latest sharp rebuke to one of Trump’s most aggressive and high-profile efforts to quickly carry out deportations with little or no due process.
Rodriguez said Trump had improperly invoked the law — which gives the president the power to quickly expel nationals of invading countries — to target alleged members of a Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua.
The Alien Enemies Act applies only when the country is facing an armed, organized attack, Rodriguez ruled. Trump’s claims about Tren de Aragua’s activities in the United States fall short of that bar, the judge added.
Trump has described the gang as an international criminal enterprise operating at the behest of the Venezuelan government. But Rodriguez noted that even Trump has not formally claimed that the gang is “entering the United States at the direction of Venezuela to conquer the country or assume control over a portion of the nation.”
Even a cursory glance at the news over the last 100 days would be enough to know the legal battles being thrown down in the path of the Trump Administration over his immigration policy has been constant.
And while these federal district courts are running unmitigated defense in an attempt to maintain the status quo created by the Biden Administration…
The Supreme Court of the United States has been almost entirely unresponsive, largely allowing this judicial warfare against the Executive Branch to continue.
We even had a judge in California demand that Border Patrol Agents must get a WARRANT (you know… an artifact of DUE PROCESS guaranteed to American citizens?) to remove illegal aliens, according to a report last week from Fox News:
A California judge on Tuesday demanded Border Patrol agents allow people they think are living in the U.S. illegally to stay in the country, unless authorities have a warrant or reason to believe the person may flee before they can get a warrant.
U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston ruled on Tuesday that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents in the Eastern District of California cannot stop illegal immigrants without reasonable suspicion, or deport them via “voluntary departure,” unless that person is explained their rights and agrees to leave, according to a report from The Associated Press.
The decision comes after dozens of people were arrested in January during Border Patrol’s “Operation Return to Sender.”
Considering the enormity of those unending attacks on the Executive Branch from district court judges, it’s little wonder President Trump is now sounding the alarm.
After all, what is a country if it can’t control its’ own borders?
What is a country if there is no differentiation between its own citizens and those of other nations — much less the violent and dangerous people at the top of the deportation priority list, as they should be?
Following those judicial actions last week, the President took to his Truth Social account over the weekend to invoke the intentions of the American Founding Fathers.
Obviously, as the President pointed out in his stark warning, this judicial overreach protecting illegals from being REMOVED is not at all what the Founders intended.
Their intention was a nation of Americans — yes, including IMMIGRANTS who came here for the American dream; not foreigners who wanted to usurp American power and freedom for their own causes and DESTROY the American dream.
After all, wasn’t that the reason for the Declaration of Independence, the WAR of Independence, and the legal formation of these UNITED STATES… to begin with?
Yes — it was.
And as he warned, we are still in line to watch the destruction of America as we know it if this is allowed to continue.
Here’s the President’s warning from Saturday:

Here is the full text of the President’s warning, in case that Truth Social post isn’t fully visible:
Can it be so that Judges aren’t allowing the USA to Deport Criminals, including Murderers, out of our Country and back to where they came from? If this is so, our Country, as we know it, is finished! Americans will have to get used to a very different, crime filled, LIFE. This is not what our Founders had in mind!!!
As I pointed out earlier, the ruling on Thursday by Judge Rodriquez is a PERMANENT injunction.
That means it isn’t based on a simple likelihood of standing up in court, but is a binding ruling requiring a higher court ruling to overturn it.
That judgement presents a real problem to the Trump Administration’s ability to maintain deportations of Tren de Aragua, and other dangerous illegals.
On the other hand, as one popular X account pointed out when they shared the President’s warning, he’s not the kind to lay down and give up on the country!
President Trump says judges blocking deportations of violent criminal illegals is “not what our Founders had in mind!!!”

Judge Rodriguez’ injunction relies on his (faulty) argument that the Alien Enemies Act can’t be applied at the President’s discretion, but only in response to an actual MILITARY INCURSION by an enemy nation into the United States.
Here’s a report by CBS News (with good info, but the expected Left-leaning bias) covering Judge Rodriquez’s ruling, and that argument in detail:
Although a conventional military invasion with military formations of tanks and troops and uniformed soldiers would definitely bring the Alien Enemies Act in to play, as Judge Rodriquez is arguing…
That certainly isn’t the only form that a hostile — and coordinated — invasion can take.
Recently I reported on the strange incident of the Deep State intelligence apparatus attempting to smear the Trump Administration by leaking supposedly classified information.
That information claimed there was ZERO collaboration between the Tren de Aragua gang which experienced exponential growth in almost every major American city over the last few years… and the Venezuelan government led by the dictator, Maduro.
In that report, I noted that the DIRECTOR of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, immediately went on the attack against that Deep State attempt to discredit the Trump Administration.

And now, that struggle between the Deep State actors and the Trump Administration is making even more sense given these recent rulings.
Only days later, Kash Patel’s FBI emerged with a LEGITIMATE declassified report (as opposed to a fake classified leak from the Deep State) relying on far more recent and accurate intelligence stemming directly from joint operations rolling up Tren de Aragua members on U.S. streets.
And in that report, the FBI’s report said there was clear indications of COORDINATION between the Venezuelan government and Tren de Aragua’s operations in the United States.
In fact, the FBI report characterized Tren de Aragua as a direct PROXY of the Venezuelan government, waging unconventional warfare to destabilize the US!
Now, with Judge Rodriquez’ ruling and President Trump’s warning… the reason for the raging battle behind the scenes in the intelligence community is obvious.
EVERYTHING hinges on whether the common sense truth, or the false narrative of the Deep State, is allowed to hold sway over the airwaves… and in the minds of Americans.
Here’s that full report from just two weeks ago:
Not only does President Trump's fresh warnings about the Founder's intentions ring true, but so does his campaign warnings about those "enemies within".
So many people believed the Democrat lies that President Trump wanted to wage war on law-abiding Americans, when in hindsight he already had his finger on the pulse of the true dangers to this country.
Is it too repetitive to say that Trump was right again?
Repetitive or not, it's true. And my fear is that his warnings about the constant lawfare from these activist judges isn't misplaced.
If he's ringing the alarm bells, it likely means he knows things aren't about to let up.
The Supreme Court certainly doesn't seem inclined to get involved -- at least, not when it really counts.
Meanwhile, the glorious nation UNDER GOD envisioned by the Founders is still under threat, even after electing a man bent on saving it -- sometimes, in spite of itself.
One way or another, the impasse created by these activist judges is going to reach a breaking point.
At some point, something will have to give.
Time will tell, but I don't suspect it'll be President Trump.
What do you think?
