Among President Donald Trump’s first orders of business upon launching his second term involved re-establishing the clear boundaries between the two sexes.
As part of his executive action, certain entities were instructed to make distinctions between males and females based on biological sex rather than gender identity.
Some organizations remain committed to the leftist interpretation of gender, however, opting to continue allowing biological males to compete against girls or women.
In response to one recent example, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) announced that he would be launching an investigation.
As the Daily Caller reported:
“It has come to my attention that USA Fencing is still permitting men to compete in women’s fencing in violation of federal law,” wrote Cruz.
An independent organization, USA Fencing doesn’t get any federal funding, but they are the NGB — National Governing Body — when it comes to fencing in the United States of America. In other words, they have to comply with the law of the land on a federal basis, per Cruz, or be at risk of having their NGB status snatched away.
“To remain [the fencing NGB, USA Fencing] must comply with United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee rules and procedures, its statutory obligations to protect women, and President Trump’s recent Executive Order (EO) on Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports. If it does not, and instead continues to put women at risk, Congress may be forced to terminate USA Fencing’s NGB certification,” reads the letter.
Cruz makes the argument — the correct one, at that — that males have a physical advantage over women and it makes competition unfair and unsafe for the latter.
The fencing incident has sparked significant debate over the already divisive issue of transgender sports:
One of these people is the man, who destroyed Stephanie Turner's fencing career, just so he could cheat against women. The problem is: it's impossible to tell which one, because there's literally no difference or physical advantage. pic.twitter.com/98n2nVdgmQ

Anyone arguing that fencing doesn't require strength has clearly never fenced before
I fenced for a few years against males and females
The leg strength and reach advantage males have is huge
Facts over feelings
Save women's sports

The same issue is plaguing other nations throughout the West, as Breitbart reported of a particularly absurd scenario in the United Kingdom:
Harriet Haynes faced Lucy Smith at the Ultimate Pool Women’s Pro Series Event 2 at Robin Park Leisure Centre in Wigan, after the trans players beat four female opponents each, Fox News reported.
Haynes led 6-3 early in the tournament, but Smith battled back to only one down. Despite the comeback, though, Haynes ended up winning it all.
Regardless, both trans players tore through their female opponents this season. Smith won 85 of his 113 matches and 62 percent of 848 frames since 2021. Hayes had a similar winning record, with a .750 winning percentage in 241 matches and 61 percent of frames before entering this week’s tournament, Fox News said.
Here’s an interview of the female fencer who took a knee against her would-be male opponent:
