Virginia Giuffre, the woman who famously spoke out about her sexual trafficking experience at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to British Royal Prince Andrew, has apparently been hit by a bus.
According to her doctors, she only has ‘days to live’.
The specifics of the bus incident are not known, and Giuffre hasn’t given specifics of the accident.
Except to say in an Instagram post on Sunday that the bus was going nearly 70 mph when it slammed into the vehicle she was in while slowing for a turn.
She shared a photo of herself with injuries sustained in the collision with the bus in the unsettling Instagram post, seen here:

Giuffre, who goes by Virginia Roberts on her social media, referenced her children in the startling Instagram post.
She said she was ‘ready to go’, apparently meaning she had made her peace with her doctor’s prognosis.
But she expressed a desire to see her children before she died.

This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can. I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. As journalist Nick Sortor highlighted in a post shared to his X account, Giuffre is apparently suffering from kidney failure as a result of the wreck:

Giuffre originally filed the lawsuit in 2021 claiming sexual abuse at the hands of Prince Andrew.
She alleged Epstein had made the introductions with Prince Andrew.
A photo of Giuffre with Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell has become one of the visual icons most recognized by those following the Epstein scandal, as reported by The Hill:
In a post on Instagram, Giuffre said she had suffered renal failure after being struck by a school bus.

Giuffre lives in Australia. In 2021, she filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew, after she alleged he sexually abused her when she was a teenager.

TRAGEDY: Virginia Giuffre, a key accuser in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case, says she has just four days to live following a serious car accident.
“They’ve given me four days to live,” Giuffre wrote.
She also said she wanted to see her children one last time.
The 41-year-old posted a photo from her hospital bed, revealing she’s suffering from kidney failure and other severe injuries.
Giuffre, who has long spoken out about being trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, has accused Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager.
Though mainstream media maintains to this day that Jeffrey Epstein ‘took his own life’, the obvious inconsistencies with that narrative have all but destroyed that lie.
And though Prince Andrew has consistently rejected claims that he sexually abused the then 16 year old Giuffre, he did present her with a settlement purported to be in the millions, according to the Daily Mail:

Ms Giuffre, née Roberts, 41, shared a photograph of herself from her hospital bed, covered in bruises she had said she suffered in a smash with a speeding bus.
She alleged she was trafficked for sex at age 16 after his associate and ex-lover, Ghislaine Maxwell recruited her from her job as a locker room attendant at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Ms Giuffre and Maxwell eventually reached an undisclosed settlement over a defamation case in 2017.
Epstein took his own life in a jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, while Maxwell was jailed for 20 years in 2022 for conspiring with him to sexually abuse minors.
Ms Giuffre alleges Epstein forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew on at least three occasions when she was 17 and that she spent two days alone with the royal in New Mexico.
In 2022 she received an out-of-court settlement reported to be worth millions from the Duke of York.
The settlement accepted no liability and Andrew has always strongly rejected claims.
But he agreed to pay the unspecified amount to Ms Giuffre and her charity for victims’ rights.
In the wake of the scandal, Andrew lost his military titles and royal patronages as well as the use of His Royal Highness title.
Rumors are swirling over potential foul play involving the bus crash, though details are hard to pin down.
Giuffre has been living in Australia for years, and presumably shared her hospital bed photo from an Australian hospital.

Still, the circumstances leading to the collision with the bus are almost entirely unknown, according to the New York Post:
“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day.
“Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life,” she added.
The exact location of and circumstances behind the crash are still unknown — but Giuffre has been living in Western Australia with her husband, though they had recently split, according to reports.
Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, expressed his support for his daughter and appeared to have been unaware of the crash before the post.
“Virginia my daughter, I love you and praying you get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life,” he commented on her post.
“If there is anything in the world, I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit is with you now and holding your hand.”
“Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending,” a spokesperson for Giuffre told The Post.
Questions will likely persist as to the exact nature of Giuffre’s wreck.
Bad things happen. Buses get into fender benders, and far worse, every day of the year all over the planet.
But it’s not every day that one of the key witnesses involved in one of the highest profile coverups in history sustains life-ending injuries after she’s hit by a school bus going 70mph.
Just as “Epstein didn’t kill himself” became a rallying cry for those crying out for justice, there will likely always be a good many of us who leave room for the possibility that Virginia Giuffre was victimized a second time at the hands of those trying to maintain the coverup.
And as much as I hate to admit it, we will likely never know the full truth of any of it.
