President Trump Responds to Biden Autopen Scandal: “Who Was Signing All This Stuff?”

President Trump is demanding answers in relation to a growing scandal around the Biden presidency.

Recently, it came to light that a vast majority of the documents signed while Joe Biden was in the White House were signed using an ‘auto-pen,’ not an actual, hand-signed signature.

While taking questions from reporters in the Oval Office today, President Trump brought up the startling discovery.

He asked the question we’re all thinking: “Who was signing all this stuff?”

“These are major documents,” President Trump went on to say, “Almost everything was signed by autopen. Nobody has ever heard of such a thing. It should have never happened.”

For some more background, President Trump was responding to revelations first uncovered by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project.

The conservative group gathered every document they could find from Joe Biden’s presidency and found that nearly every single document — except for one — was signed using the same autopen signature.

The only document that used Biden’s actual, hand-signed signature was the document where he dropped out of the 2024 presidential race.

Notably, autopen was used on some very important documents, including pardons for criminals, family members, Anthony Fauci, members of the J6 committee, and others.

As if that weren’t suspicious already, some of these pardons were signed using autopen while Biden wasn’t even in Washington, D.C.

Fox News reported on the Oversight Project’s findings:

The majority of official documents signed by President Joe Biden allegedly used the same autopen signature, reinvigorating concerns over the former president’s mental acuity and if he “actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents,” a report published by an arm of the Heritage Foundation found.

“WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY,” the Oversight Project, which is an initiative within the conservative Heritage Foundation that investigates the government to bolster transparency, posted to X on Thursday.

“We gathered every document we could find with Biden’s signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature,” the group claimed on X, accompanied by photo examples.

Autopen signatures are ones that are automatically produced by a machine, as opposed to an authentic, handwritten signature.

The Oversight Project posted three examples showing Biden’s signature, including two executive orders and the president’s announcement he was bowing out of the 2024 presidential race. The signature on the two executive orders, one of which was signed in 2022 and the other in 2024, showed the same signature that included what appeared to be a line, followed by “R. Biden Jr.”

Biden’s signature on the document announcing his departure from the 2024 race varied from the other two posted by the Oversight Project, showing a signature that wasn’t as clear as the one on the executive orders.

Fox News Digital, at random, examined more than 20 Biden-era executive orders documented on the Federal Register’s office between 2021 and 2024 and found each had the same signature.

The Washington Times has more on the concerns around the prevalent use of autopen during Joe Biden’s four years in office:

Many executive orders signed by former President Biden were approved with an autopen device, prompting questions from detractors about whether Mr. Biden was fully mindful of the documents he was signing when he was president.

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project first found the circumstances related to Mr. Biden’s use of the autopen that led to Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asking about the legitimacy of executive orders the former president, 82, signed, given concerns about his cognitive decline in recent years.

“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Mr. Bailey said.

The Washington Times reached out to a representative for Mr. Biden.

Autopen signatures are created by machine as opposed to being done by hand. Many presidents going back over half a century are believed to have leaned on the modern autopen.

Heritage’s Oversight Project investigators say that to determine whether Mr. Biden actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents, or if he even had the mental capacity to, they must learn who controlled the autopen and what checks were in place.

The investigators noted the time when House Speaker Mike Johnson, Louisiana Republican, retold a story about Mr. Biden not remembering that he signed an executive order pausing exports of liquefied natural gas.

“So, who signed it? For investigators to determine whether then-President Biden actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents, or if he even had the mental capacity to, they must first determine who controlled the autopen and what checks there were in place,” investigators said.

So, if not Joe Biden, who actually was the one behind signing these documents?

Whoever it was, whether it was Joe or Jill Biden, Barack Obama, or some other member of the White House staff, we deserve to find out, once and for all.

Missouri Attorney-General Andrew Bailey is calling on the DOJ investigate and find out, for certain, who was really behind these orders.

And, if it was not Joe Biden, then that means much of the pardons and EOs signed during these past four years are legally void…

This could be huge.
