Tucker Taunts Crenshaw After Death Threat, Offers Home Address for Interview – ‘We’ll See How You Do’

Dan Crenshaw may be an ex-Navy SEAL, but he probably just picked a fight he can’t win with Tucker Carlson.

Don’t get me wrong — I’m sure even with only one good eye, Crenshaw could crush Tucker in almost any physical altercation they happened to get into.

But Crenshaw’s penchant for letting his hotheadedness get the best of him just put him in a battle of wits online for all the world to see… with someone I consider to be among the sharpest in the business.

And what’s more — since Tucker appeared on Shawn Ryan’s podcast several months ago… Tucker Carlson is now packing a Sig Sauer!

The firestorm started when Rep. Crenshaw sat down for an interview with GB News reporter Steven Edginton.  And in the course of the conversation, Tucker Carlson came up.

And to get right to the point… Crenshaw threatened to kill Tucker — not once, but twice.

To make matters worse, he then lied about it online.  But we’ll get there in a moment.

Here’s the clip with the live mic if you haven’t seen it:

That was re-shared by nonother than Shawn Ryan — Crenshaw’s fellow SEAL — who pointed out on his own account that the GB News video had been deleted.

And GB News reporter Edginton posted specifically to confirm what had happened, although the video he shared was later deleted from GB News’ own account.

Luckily, through the magic of internet technology… our fellow X users jumped in to save the day with a reposting of the video.

In the process, Shawn Ryan took the opportunity to jab at Crenshaw repeatedly… given that Crenshaw has turned out to be the epitome of what many of us hoped he would fight against.

Shortly after, Elon Musk chimed in on Nick Sortor’s post, asking why Crenshaw was homicidal toward Tucker…

And that’s when Tucker came in for the “kill”.  (Too early???)

Which… gave Shawn Ryan even more fodder with which to taunt his fellow SEAL for being a complete disgrace of a Congressman.

Here’s the graphic Shawn Ryan posted to sum up his reaction to Tucker Carlson’s checkmate of offering his home address to the Navy SEAL who just threatened to kill him:

I’m not sure which is worse from the vantage point of an ex-SEAL.

Having the brainy journalist you threatened offer his home address?

Or having one of your fellow SEALs roast you so openly.

Marjorie Taylor Greene even jumped online to ask Crenshaw point blank if he’d threatened to kill her friend, to which he LIED, according to a report in the Daily Caller:

Republican Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw lied about threatening to kill Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson, a video GB News reporter Steven Edginton posted to X on Monday showed.

Early Monday morning, Edginton accused Crenshaw of making the threat after an interview the pair recorded earlier in February.

“After our interview I asked Dan Crenshaw if he had ever met Tucker Carlson,” Edginton tweeted. “He said: ‘I would kill him if I saw him’ I laughed it off. He said: ‘No seriously, I would kill him.’”

Crenshaw denied the accusation, responding to Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene when she asked if he threatened to kill Carlson.

“lol, no,” he responded.

But roughly 30 minutes later, GB News tweeted a video where Crenshaw can be heard making the threat. Edginton promptly retweeted it.

“Have you ever met Tucker?” Edginton asked Crenshaw as the pair removed their microphones.

“No, we’ve talked a lot on Twitter. If I ever meet him I’ll fucking kill him,” Crenshaw appears to say.

Edginton laughs, but Crenshaw appears to double down with, “No, seriously, I’ll kill him. He’s the worst person I’ve ever met.”

The Daily Caller reached out to Crenshaw’s office to ask whether this was a serious statement. A spokesperson told the Caller, “No, of course not.”

It’s amazing how quickly people learn to lie, or hone their natural ability to do so, in Congress.

But you have to realize that Crenshaw is one of those guys who simply can’t hold his anger when confronted by someone who disagrees with his position.

I understand that — I have a hard time myself.

But I also didn’t run for Congress and therefore put myself in that position EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE.

Crenshaw did… and here’s how he acts one a regular basis.  This is not okay.

The long-distance feud between Crenshaw and Carlson has been going on for a few years.

Both have taken shots at each other on social media, according to a report in Newsweek outlining the history of their shared animosity:

Texas Representative Dan Crenshaw and conservative commentator Tucker Carlson are again at odds after Crenshaw was caught on a hot mic making a controversial remark about Carlson on Monday.

The feud between Crenshaw and Carlson dates back several years and is rooted in their differing approaches to conservative politics.

Carlson, a former Fox News host, has criticized Crenshaw over the representative’s support for U.S. military aid to Ukraine in its war against Russia.

The duo has targeted one another on social media. Per Politico, Carlson once mocked Crenshaw as one of “the dumbest” Republicans. Crenshaw had called Carlson a “cowardly, know-nothing elitist.”

One notable clash occurred in 2022, when Carlson questioned Crenshaw’s support for U.S. military aid to Ukraine, referring to him as “Eyepatch McCain”—a reference to the late Senator John McCain, known for his hawkish foreign policy. Crenshaw condemned the comment as disrespectful to wounded veterans and accused Carlson of prioritizing entertainment over serious political discourse.

Carlson also targeted Crenshaw last year concerning the bill placing restrictions on the social media platform TikTok, owned by Chinese company ByteDance.

On March 15, 2024, Carlson shared a clip on X of Crenshaw outside the U.S. Capitol, speaking about privacy and data protection. Carlson wrote: “Crenshaw tells reporter Liam Cosgrove that U.S. intel agencies don’t meddle in domestic news coverage, when of course he knows that’s untrue. Watch his face as he says it. Liar.”

Despite their public disagreements, both figures continue to wield significant influence within conservative circles.

At the end of the day, there seems to be one singular flashpoint that has caused the majority of the conflict between them — funding for Ukraine.

In a nutshell, Tucker Carlson is very leery at best about the over-excited manner in which the U.S. Congress keeps writing checks for a war taking place on the other side of the planet, giving money we don’t have.

And Rep. Crenshaw, on the other hand, likes keeping that war funding going.

I’m not quite sure there’s any other way to put it — that’s what the record bares out.

Do I think Dan Crenshaw would kill Tucker Carlson?

If he had the chance…?  Dark alley, 2am, no witnesses?  Probably so.

But what really just got murdered was the likely possibility Crenshaw gets reelected the next time around.

Like him or not, Tucker Carlson’s leanings towards shutting down the unending funding for Ukraine’s war is a very shared view within the ranks of MAGA and the average Trump supporter.

If Dan Crenshaw would let the tact that he SHOULD have learned in the SEAL platoons guide him, rather than his anger, he might realize the political danger he keeps putting himself in every time he takes positions that are in line with the status quo of DC politics.

But as it is, he may have just signed his OWN political death warrant… the moment he threatened the life of Tucker Carlson with camera’s rolling.
