There is breaking news this afternoon about a previously unknown off-the-books operation predating the FBI’s known targeting of President Trump’s campaign in relation to the Russian collusion hoax of 2016.
According to a Whistleblower reportedly speaking to the House Judiciary Committee, this spying operation predated the FBI’s operation Crossfire Hurricane by approximately a year, beginning in 2015. It directly implicates James Comey in “personally directing” the targeted spying attempt with the goal of “fishing” for information to use against President Trump.

Kerry Picket with the Washington Times broke the story just a short time ago, reporting that the House Judiciary Committee is currently examining the testimony of the whistleblower who claims two female FBI undercover agents successfully infiltrated Trump’s campaign, traveling with the campaign staff.
An FBI agent involved in the probe revealed the off-the-books criminal investigation on Tuesday in a protected disclosure sent to the committee.
The whistleblower disclosure said that two female FBI undercover agents successfully infiltrated Mr. Trump’s 2016 campaign at high levels and were directed to act as “honey pots” while traveling with Mr. Trump and his campaign staff on the trail.
According to the disclosure, which The Washington Times reviewed, the investigation differed from the later Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence operation targeting Russian collusion. It said the early off-the-books probe was a criminal investigation targeting Mr. Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign staff.
The agent “personally knew” that Mr. Comey ordered an FBI investigation against Mr. Trump and that Mr. Comey “personally directed it,” according to the disclosure.
ADVERTISEMENTThe off-the-books investigation did not appear to target a specific crime but was more of what agents would describe as a fishing expedition to find something incriminating about Mr. Trump.
Although previous FBI investigations into President Trump leading up to the 2016 election have become known, this operation was allegedly directed personally by James Comey, the director of the FBI at the time.
In recent years, Comey has come out as rabidly anti-Trump, and has often spoken about his beliefs that President Trump stands as an existential threat to America in attempts to justify his illegal and immoral weaponization of the FBI in targeting a Presidential candidate, and then a sitting president, based on contrived information.
James Comey on Donald Trump: “I think he poses a near existential threat to the rule of law. He will do everything he can in a new term to try to tear down the institutions that he sees as threats and dismantle them and the people who occupy them.”

Even with details about Comey’s underhanded tactics becoming known over the last few years, his ability to deflect without answering direct questions pertaining to his alleged biased behavior towards President Trump is legendary.
James Comey refuses to deny that he leaked classified information.

The Washington Times report also indicates that the FBI whistleblower has stated the honeypot operation was hidden from the Department of Justice probe investigating FBI misconduct in probing the Trump campaign.
The undercover operation, according to the whistleblower, was hidden from Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, who investigated misconduct in the bureau’s probe of the Trump campaign.
The whistleblower disclosure also said that the secret investigation may indicate institutional bias against Mr. Trump, though “it does not appear that any information about this investigation was turned over to Trump’s criminal defense counsels.”
Former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker said the report, if true, is a “booming, egregious violation” of the rules governing both the attorney general and the FBI.
ADVERTISEMENT“It’s an unpredicated infiltration of a presidential campaign which is sensitive,” he told The Times. “It’s sensitive to the point where it would have to have been approved by the [attorney general], and … would have to be predicated. And in this case, I’m not hearing any predication. It would have to be on the books anyway, regardless.”
