VIRAL VIDEO: After Fake Out Trick Play Touchdown, Texas Tech Kicker Reveals MAGA Swag!

They didn’t win the game, but Texas Tech put on a viral show for the social media replays during a game against rival TCU on Saturday — courtesy of their kicker.

While the Red Raiders appeared to be going for the safe bet, a field goal in easy range, they instead launched a trick play and defeated the surprised defense.  TOUCHDOWN!  That’s when the kicker who ran the play, Reese Burkhardt, revealed his hidden MAGA swag!

That was the play, but here’s a closeup of the big reveal!

It was the first quarter in a game being played in Fort Worth when Tech lined up for the field goal, according to a story in the Daily Mail.  The Fox Sports cameras caught the MAGA reveal, but apparently announcers missed it at the time.

The improbable moment came in the first quarter in Forth Worth after Burkhardt lined up for a field goal, only to take a pitch from holder Jack Burgess on a sweep right. Burkhardt beat the Horned Frogs special team to the end zone and quickly moved to lift up his jersey and expose his undershirt.

As caught by Fox Sports cameras, but not by network announcers, Burkhardt had written ‘Trump 24 MAGA’ on his undershirt.

The loss notwithstanding, Burkhardt did get some praise online for his pro-Donald Trump demonstration.

‘This is best thing you will see in college football today,’ wrote Derrick Evans, a former member of the West Virginia House of Representatives who was among the Trump supporters arrested for storming the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Here’s an angle that allows you to just barely catch Burkhardt revealing his hidden MAGA at the end of the play.  Too bad there wasn’t a camera closeup!  Why do I have a feeling that there was, and we just don’t get to see that angle?

But here’s the best view I could find — this is the clip that’s gone viral!

Besides the pro-Trump vibes at the Tech vs TCU game, President Trump was recently treated to a rousing round of “USA” being chanted by the crowd when he was shown at the Stealer’s game a week ago.

And what is this?  A MAGA hat behind home plate at Game 1 of the World Series at Dodger Stadium?  It appears that the democrats’ attempt to shame Trump supporters into ducking their heads and cowering in fear may have backfired.

I wonder what it feels like to think you’ve convinced the entire country that President Trump is their enemy, only to have him obliterate you at the ballot box?  I hope someone gets the chance to ask Kamala Harris that exact question in just a few days.  In the meantime, I’ll take all these sporting event MAGA appearances as a sign of good things to come!
