Kamala Harris Hit With Brand New Investigation

The Biden-Harris regime has just been hit with a new investigation.

The administration is facing allegations that it used taxpayer money to fly in Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky — a foreign agent — to campaign for Kamala Harris in Pennsylvania.

The investigation focuses on determining whether Zelensky’s visit, did, in fact, benefit Kamala’s presidential campaign and violate campaign laws.

Republican House Oversight Chairman James Comer is leading the investigation.

More details from The Washington Examiner:

House Republicans are demanding an investigation into Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to the United States this week, raising questions about whether it was intended to boost Vice President Kamala Harris ahead of the November election.

A group of nine House Republicans led by Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX) is requesting information from the Justice and Defense departments to determine whether a visit from Zelensky to Pennsylvania earlier this week was “politically motivated” and paid for by U.S. taxpayer dollars in violation of federal law.

The request specifically cites comments from Zelensky in which he suggested a Trump-Vance administration could lead to “global conflict,” prompting criticism from GOP lawmakers who called it a “stump speech” for Harris.

“These actions have raised serious concerns among observers that the visit may have been politically motivated, potentially violating U.S. laws such as the Hatch Act, which prohibits federal employees from engaging in political activities while on duty or using government resources for such activities,” the lawmakers wrote in the letter.

The letter also cites concerns that Zelensky was flown into Pennsylvania on a U.S. military aircraft and was provided Secret Service protection while visiting an ammunition plant in Scranton, Pennsylvania, both of which would involve the use of taxpayer funds and must only be used for national security purposes.

The New York Post added:

House Republicans launched an investigation Wednesday of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to battleground Pennsylvania this week — describing it as an apparent campaign stop to benefit Vice President Kamala Harris.

Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) demanded communications about Zelensky’s visit to a Scranton ammunition factory with Democratic Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, a key supporter of the Democratic presidential nominee.

Comer likened Zelensky’s Sunday trip — during which the Ukrainian leader was flown on an Air Force C-17 cargo jet — to former President Donald Trump’s pressure on Zelensky to investigate alleged corruption by President Biden’s family, for which Trump was impeached in 2019.

“The Biden-Harris Administration recently flew the same foreign leader — Ukrainian President Volodymyr

Zelensky — on an American taxpayer-funded flight to Pennsylvania, a battleground state in the upcoming 2024 presidential election, which has been described as the ‘trickiest battleground for Vice President Kamala Harris to win,’” Comer wrote in his demand for documents.

“The Committee seeks to determine whether the Biden-Harris Administration attempted to use a foreign leader to benefit Vice President Harris’s presidential campaign and, if so, necessarily committed an abuse of power.”

What do you think?

Did Kamala violate campaign laws by flying in Zelensky to shill for her?

Is this foreign election interference?
