Whistleblower Alleges ABC Gave Kamala Harris Debate Questions, Files SEC Complaint

There are new developments in the claim that Kamala Harris was given the debate questions before facing President Trump. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard this allegation, but now, a whistleblower has shared screenshots of a complaint filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today.

The whistleblower claims ABC News and its parent company, Disney, colluded with Harris’ campaign.

The complaint mentions alleged conversations and evidence supporting these claims.

Laura Loomer shares on X:

The Whistleblower complaint that was submitted to the SEC today reads:

“I have heard and observed conversations and have evidence in hand of ABC News, a wholly owned subsidiary of Disney Media Networks, which is a division of The Walt Disney Company, collusion between ABC news and the Kamala Harris campaign for the Presidency of the United States. It is my belief from the context of the conversations, that ABC news in the debate held on September 10, 2024, and at other various times before and after this debate to influence the Presidential election. I would like to emphatically state, that I am not a Donald Trump supporter and have never voted for Donald Trump. The context of the conversations heard and among other observations is that ABC News is working with the Kamala Harris campaign, and that Disney may exact monetary or other future considerations if they aid in the election of Kamala Harris. I have sat idly by for years and watched the media on both sides of the political spectrum become nothing more than campaign ads for politicians. It is clear that there are multiple considerations being exchanged in this current Presidential campaign. I have enclosed further evidence for your consideration. Please note, this evidence contains personal information of mine and I wish for it to remain undisclosed for safety considerations for my family.”

If these accusations hold up, we’re looking at a MAJOR scandal for ABC and Harris.

The Economic Times shares some back story on the allegations:

ABC News has denied claims that it provided questions in advance to Kamala Harris before her debate with former President Donald Trump. These allegations stem from an unverified document, purportedly a sworn affidavit, that appeared online. The document, which is said to be signed by a notary public on September 9, suggests there was close collaboration between ABC News and Harris’s team.

The document claims that a male staff member, who has worked at ABC for ten years, wrote it. It alleges that ABC News agreed to conditions that would benefit Harris in the debate, including giving her the questions ahead of time.

Don’t forget, ABC is the same news outlet that “fact-checked” Trump SEVEN times during the debate.

Fox News host Megyn Kelly and Eliana Johnson, editor of the Free Beacon, discuss the whistleblower’s claims.

Here’s some of the transcript from their discussion:

Johnson: … it’s very difficult for me to assess the credibility of the document without knowing who’s behind it, what their role in putting together the debate was, how they came to know that ABC was cutting these alleged deals. That being said if what this whistleblower says is true it’s of course a big scandal and would explain a lot of what we saw.
Kelly continued the discussion with Johnson:

Kelly: I want to say this somehow I don’t know how but somehow this could be a massive troll. This could be somebody just trying to see who will bite on this story, repeat the allegations. So we need to be conscious of that. I do not want to put our credibility behind this affidavit at this point.

Johnson: Without any kind of whistleblower affidavit, ABC News and the way they conducted that debate is a scandal.

Kelly: Agreed Eliana but if any of this affidavit is true, ABC News is finished.
