BREAKING: Trump Indicted AGAIN

Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a new indictment against President Donald Trump related to the 2020 alleged “election interference” case.

There are four felony charges related to Trump’s alleged effort to subvert the 2020 presidential election.

Technically, this indictment isn’t new. It’s an updated version of the first indictment filed by Smith.

The indictment still accuses Trump of trying to overturn the election results, but it narrows the focus of the allegations. Adjustments to the original indictment consider a recent Supreme Court ruling that grants broad immunity to former presidents.

Interestingly, Politico shares:

Smith’s original 45-page indictment, unveiled last August, included claims that Trump sought to use the Justice Department to advance what prosecutors contend was an unlawful and fraudulent effort to overturn Joe Biden’s victory. Those details, which the Supreme Court described as largely outside the reach of prosecutors, have been omitted from the new, shorter charging document.

X conservatives are not impressed by the attacks on Trump and neither are we.

From Fox News:

…discussions surrounding the superseding indictment will likely not speed things up, and it is unlikely it will go to trial before the November election.

Check out the video breakdown of the situation:

Sounds like political persecution to me. How ironic this all drops the same week that Mark Zuckerberg confesses to caving to the Biden Administration’s pressured censorship.
