Possible VP? Senator J.D. Vance Spotted Leaving Home With Motorcade En Route To RNC


Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) was spotted leaving his Cincinnati home and is en route to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

A Forbes reporter was outside of Vance’s home and was able to catch a motorcade escorting Vance.

The motorcade consisted of local Ohio state police and numerous black suburban vehicles.

Senator JD Vance has left his home and is en route to the Republican National Convention as speculation mounts he’ll be named Donald Trump’s vice president.

Vance is one of Trump’s three potential vice president picks, including Senators Marco Rubio and Doug Burgum, who are expected to attend the GOP conference on Monday.

A motorcade transporting Vance and his wife, Usha Chilukuri Vance, departed the Ohio senator’s home in Cincinnati at around 10 am.

Footage from Vance’s residence showed the three-vehicle motorcade being escorted by Cincinnati police.

Trump has previously said Vance, Burgum, and Rubio are on his shortlist of finalists for the vice president slot.

Republicans are expected to descend on Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention this week, where Trump is anticipated to receive the party’s nomination for the presidency.

Trump, 78, told Fox News that he will announce his running mate during Monday’s event.

After former President Donald Trump told Fox News that he would be announcing his pick for a running mate on Monday, cars were seen outside the Ohio home of Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), one of the names being floated as his pick.

Forbes Breaking News also saw Vance being driven from his home in a motorcade, likely headed to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Fox News’ Martha MacCallum made the observation on Twitter/X, and Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) posted and then deleted the Forbes video on Twitter/X.
