Developing: Judge Allows Stormy Daniels To Make Salacious Allegations From Witness Stand

Judge Juan Merchan gave leftist Trump-haters what they wanted during the ongoing Manhattan “hush money” trial on Tuesday.

Former adult film star Stormy Daniels took the stand to make a series of claims about an alleged affair she had with Donald Trump years before he ever ran for president. Trump has denied ever having sex with her, but that didn’t stop the prosecution from digging for the most titillating details Daniels could come up with.

It’s worth noting that Daniels also denied the very claims she made under oath this week, as Fox News reported:

And in a letter dated Jan. 10, 2018, obtained and reviewed by Fox News, Daniels also denied the allegations.

“I recently became aware that certain news outlets are alleging that I had a sexual and/or romantic affair with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago. I am stating with complete clarity that this is absolutely false,” Daniels wrote. “My involvement with Donald Trump was limited to a few public appearances and nothing more.”

Daniels wrote in the letter that when she met Trump, he was “gracious, professional and a complete gentleman to me and EVERYONE in my presence.”

“Rumors that I have received hush money from Donald Trump are completely false,” the letter read. “If indeed I did have a relationship with Donald Trump, trust me, you wouldn’t be reading about it in the news, you would be reading about it in my book. But the fact of the matter is, these stories are not true.”

The testimony soon drew social media praise from the left and outrage among Trump supporters.

Trump’s attorneys attempted to limit the scope of Daniels’ testimony, and at one point even the judge seemed to agree that prosecutors had taken the sideshow too far.

As The Hill reported:

After a brief morning break, the judge addressed the attorneys before bringing back the jury.

“I think the degree of detail we’ve been going into here is just unnecessary,” Merchan told prosecutors, sympathizing with the concerns expressed by Trump’s team.

The judge then said, “you can move it along more quickly.”

The jury has now returned, and Daniels is resuming her testimony.

It’s also important to note that Daniels’ former attorney thinks she’s a liar and has come out as a Trump supporter:
