Well, here’s a unique take from the ladies over at The View…
On Friday, the hosts of the TDS-fueled talk show discussed their worries that the violent protests in support of Gaza against Israel on college campuses will take attention away from what they see as a bigger issue this election year — the January 6th Capitol protest from over 3 YEARS ago!
With voters focusing on these current protests and forgetting about J6, The View ladies are concerned that the Gaza protests will help Trump secure his victory this November…
“January 6th is ingrained in my memory and it should be ingrained in every single person’s memory in the United States of America,” said co-host Sunny Hostin.

The ladies of The View on Friday expressed their concern that the Gaza camp protests across the US, mostly localized on college campuses as the school term comes to a close, will distract voters from what they see as the more important protest, J6, which occurred over three years ago.
The ladies’ worry that the focus on the current protests, as opposed to those from years past, will help former President Donald Trump in the November election. Previously, the ladies said they were not necessarily in favor of a Trump v. Biden debate as Biden might “flub” an on-stage appearance.
Co-host Sarah Haines quoted a donor who said that people would “be flocking” to the RNC fundraiser for Trump on Saturday “due to the horror of nightly images they see on TV.” News media has been laser focused on the protests, broadcasting scenes of students camped out on campus quads in matching tents demanding schools divest from Israel and calling for the eradication of that nation.
Haines said that fundraising has been a problem for the former president, though the Trump campaign announced at the Saturday fundraiser that they’d raised over $76 million in April Co-host Sunny Hostin interjected, “Do they remember the visuals on January 6?” She continued, “Do they not remember those visuals of chaos?”
“I think the visuals, literally humans look at the recent visions,” Haines responded. “So nightly image right now matters more to them than January 6th.”
“January 6th is ingrained in my memory and it should be ingrained in every single person’s memory in the United States of America,” Hostin said.
What do you make of this?
I think liberals like the hosts of The View should be worried about Trump winning this November.
But, for very different reasons than the Gaza campus protests.
