A former attorney for ex-White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson recently won a default judgment against the sham January 6th Committee.
Stefan Passantino claimed that the January 6th Committee unlawfully smeared him and harmed his career by widely circulating the claims Hutchinson made about him.
In his lawsuit, he maintains that the government of the United States violated his right to due process and defamed him.
Because the government did not respond to Passantino’s lawsuit by the April 15th deadline, they were declared to be in default by the court, and Passantino won a default judgment against the U.S. government.
Investigative journalist Bad Kitty Unleashed provided background context for the lawsuit:

Just The News confirmed:
“As of the time of this filing, the United States of America has not answered or otherwise responded to the Complaint and thus it is in default,” their filing read, according to court documents reviewed by Just the News.
Executive producer and media watchdog journalist Tim Graham presented Cassidy Hutchinson’s latest appearance on CNN, where she attempted to justify her shifting testimony.
At the end of a 20-minute CNN interview with Cassidy Hutchinson, Kaitlan Collins obliquely mentions her Jan6 hearing testimony being "not corroborated." She "spoke out bravely" and was criticized. Project Veritas revealed: “Andrew Weissmann, former top deputy to Special Counsel Robert Mueller, claimed Stefan Passantino coached his client, Cassidy Hutchinson, to lie in congressional testimony. Her leaked text messages tell a different story.
Ms. Hutchinson even testified, under penalty of law: “I want to make this clear to you: Stefan [Passantino] never told me to lie. . . . He told me not to lie.” Mr. Weissman was aware of this testimony, but still chose to smear Mr. Passantino.”

Breitbart provided this quote from Hutchinson’s latest CNN interview:
“Donald Trump is inherently about himself. That’s why America is in the position that it is today because he did not want to give up the presidency and now running again and he’s been indicted in multiple jurisdictions.”
