WATCH: The Film Causing An Uproar, Terrifying Future Of America Or Woke Propaganda?

A new film by independent filmmaker Studio A24 has caused an uproar, but does the film represent our future or just woke propaganda?

Civil War is aptly named for the realistic fictional plot of the film which tells the story of an armed conflict that ravages America in the not-so-distant future.

I am a huge fan of Studio A24’s usual offerings—they’re always so weird that they always leave an impression.

Sadly, the studio has taken somewhat of a woke direction in recent years and has departed from its usual productions.

Members of Civil War’s cast and production team have stated on camera that they feel January 6th was an actual insurrection.

Knowing this, will you watch the film or give it a pass? Let us know in the comments section! Here’s the latest on A24’s Civil War:

One Axios reporter wrote:

Watching this left me uneasy and solemn: As someone who lived in D.C. through the eerily empty streets of the early pandemic, the low-flying helicopters and police crackdown during 2020’s social justice protests, and the Jan. 6 insurrection — well, some of the moments in these scenes felt a little too familiar, even if the movie was far more dramatic and dystopian than anything D.C. actually experienced.

The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh provided his analysis of the film’s effect and political messaging as it relates to today’s political climate.

Breitbart featured a short synopsis of Civil War’s plot:

Civil War has already generated heated debate over its plot, which imagines a dystopian U.S. torn apart by warring factions.

Nineteen states have seceded from the union— including something called the “Florida Alliance.”

Meanwhile, a “three-term president” is trying to hold together what remains of the U.S.
