Trump Trials Set To Disrupt NYC—Here’s How

The closely monitored Trump trials are set to disrupt New York City in a big way.

Increased security concerns, potential threats, and a heightened law enforcement presence are all set to cause closures and massive delays inside the city.

Closed-down streets and traffic congestion are nothing new to the residents of the city, but the Trump trials will likely see these minor agitations grow in severity and scope.

The worst part is that it’s all for a partisan dog-and-pony show meant to interfere in an election.

Why are so many resources being devoted to carrying on with these sham trials?

The congestion and security concerns are set to be further heightened by President Trump’s intended presence at his various trials. Here’s what we already know:

According to The New York Post:

The 45th president’s daily commute to Lower Manhattan, road closures around the courthouse and the additional manpower could be a costly exercise.

State court officials, though, refused to put a price tag on how much the high-profile trial was expected to cost taxpayers.

Many individuals warned that New York City could essentially come to a standstill during the closely-watched Trump trials.

Fox News reports:

Former President Trump has said he will testify at his upcoming hush money trial in New York City, the same day the judge overseeing the case rejected a last-ditch attempt from Trump’s legal team to delay the trial, which begins Monday.
