Watch: MSNBC Hosts Laugh At Virginia Voters For Expressing Concern About The Border

No community in the United States is immune to the deleterious impact of illegal immigration under the current administration, regardless of how far it happens to be from the open southern border.

That includes Virginia, where an undocumented immigrant from Venezuela was recently arrested on suspicion of a heinous attack on a young teen girl in that state.

But when Republican voters in Virginia told pollsters that immigration was the biggest concern on their minds when deciding who to vote for, a trio of leftist MSNBC hosts thought it was a huge joke.

According to Post Millennial:

“If you look at some of these exit polls,” former White House press secretary Jen Psaki said. “I live in Virginia; immigration was the number one issue.

As she said this, Joy Reid laughed and nodded along.

“Well, Virginia does have a border with West Virginia,” Rachel Maddow quipped. “Very contested area.”

“Build the wall!” another co-host added as Psaki reiterated her disbelief.

Of course, plenty of social media commentators were eager to express their disdain.

The Daily Wire provided some additional comments:

Stephen Miller, advisor to former President Donald Trump, laid out more details in his response: “About 1 in 8 Virginia residents was born in a foreign country. 1 in 4 very young people in Virginia has a foreign-born parent. In Fairfax County Public Schools, as one example, roughly 20% of students struggle speaking English. Migration has completely reshaped Virginia.”

“Two weeks ago, in Virginia, an illegal alien from Venezuela was arrested & charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Campbell County, VA. He had crossed illegally into El Paso, TX, in September 2023 and was released into the U.S. by the federal government,” Fox News reporter Bill Melugin said.
