Katie Porter Downplays Need for Immigration Policy Change

Democratic Representative Katie Porter recently reacted to the horrific murder of nursing student Laken Riley.

Unsurprisingly, Porter is just another Democrat looking to turn a blind eye to the issues at the border.

Jose Antonio Ibarra is charged with the felonies of malice murder, murder, kidnapping, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, aggravated battery and concealing the death of another, as well as the misdemeanor of physically hindering a 911 call, according to the affidavit filed on Feb. 23. According to new information added this week, Ibarra “did commit the offense of aggravated battery when he maliciously causes bodily harm to another by seriously disfiguring her body or a member thereof by disfiguring her skull.”

For the felony offense of concealing the death of another, the arrest affidavit accuses Ibarra of “dragging the victim to a secluded area.”

Law enforcement has not yet disclosed exactly how Riley was killed, only that her death was caused by blunt force trauma.

Despite the horrifying nature of this crime, Porter believes our immigration laws should not be shaped by this one instance.

However, the Laken Riley case was not the first case dealing with an illegal immigrant.

Unfortunately, Kayla Hamilton, Maria Gonzalez, and Lizbeth Medina are just a few names who have been impacted from Biden’s loose border policies.

Elon Musk took to his platform, X, in order to voice his concerns over illegal immigration.

Dems won’t deport, because every illegal is a highly likely vote at some point.
