Biden Gives Bizarre Response When Asked About 2024 “Plan B” – “Does Gavin need to stand by?”

Rumors have been circulating today that Joe Biden might be out of the running in 2024 to allow California’s Gavin Newsom to run for President.

The rumors began when Joe Rogan brought up the topic in his podcast.

Word has spread so much that a reporter asked Joe Biden about his upcoming fundraising trip to California and whether this has to do with his "plan B."

The reporter asks, "You're going to California. Is this about coming up with a Plan B for 2024 — does Gavin need to stand by?"

Biden responds, "Are you ready? Well I'm looking for— I'm looking at you. We're looking at you."

Newsom, 56, has been accused of running a “shadow campaign” for the presidency just in case Biden has to exit the contest for health reasons, though the governor has publicly said he’s foursquare behind the incumbent.

Biden already is the oldest-ever president and would be 86 if he completes a full second term.

His allegedly fading cognitive capabilities were noted in special counsel Robert Hur’s blistering report this month on Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified information, compounding what polling already found was a major election liability.

If Biden were to abruptly drop out, there could be a scramble for the nomination featuring Newsom and others, such as Vice President Kamala Harris and Govs. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Phil Murphy of New Jersey, Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania and Jared Polis of Colorado.

Here's my theory.

The Democratic Party wants to push Biden out, but they can't.

Why?

Because Joe Biden won't do it.

Perhaps it's because of pride, or maybe it's to cover his and Hunter's behind for the impending legal showdown.
