Expelled Congressman George Santos Files NEW Lawsuit Against Leftist Late-Night Host

Expelled GOP Rep. George Santos has once again made the headlines, but this time for a new lawsuit against one of TV’s biggest names.

The former, disgraced GOP lawmaker has filed a lawsuit against late-night host Jimmy Kimmel for alleged fraud.

Santos’ lawsuit centers around several Cameo clips that Kimmel allegedly bought featuring Santos.

Cameo is a social media site that pays celebrities and influencers to produce custom-tailored videos on the site that go out to paying fans.

Santos alleges that Kimmel bought the clips under several false names in order to ridicule Santos on-air, thereby breaking the licensing agreements for the videos.

Collin Rugg went into greater depth: “Kimmel allegedly purchased 14 of these videos for $400-$500 each which he then used on his show.

The lawsuit claims Kimmel committed fraud by using fake names to solicit videos “for the sole purpose of capitalizing on and ridiculing [Santos’] gregarious personality.”

Santos is seeking a minimum of $750,000 in damages and names ABC and Disney in the complaint.”

The New York Post shared this statement from Santos:

“Jimmy, sorry that my Christmas gift to you came late, but here’s to making wishes come true.

I hope you enjoy reading your lawsuit for fraud that you’ve been looking forward to.”

George Santos corrected this recent Forbes headline and explained: “No Forbes I’m suing him for Fraud! Say the right terms and stop misleading your readers… Kimmel committed fraud and violated civil rights and federal copyright laws along with licensing agreements.”

NBC News had more:

The lawsuit says that Kimmel began using the videos on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in December, telling his audience that Santos had “a new gig making videos on Cameo for $400 a pop” and that Kimmel could not resist sending him “ridiculous requests.”

Some of the videos were played during a segment titled “Will Santos Say It?”
