Lisa Lopez-Galvan tragically lost her life after a shooting occurred in Kansas City after the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl.
Taylor Swift has been caught in multiple controversies surrounding her relationship with Travis Kelce, a player for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Taylor Swift donated a large sum of money to the family of the woman killed in the Feb. 14 Kansas City Chiefs parade shooting.
The fundraising page received two donations of $50,000 each Friday morning from the “Midnights” singer-songwriter, a GoFundMe spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital.
“Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss. With love, Taylor Swift,” Swift wrote along with the two donations.
ADVERTISEMENTThe fundraising page had a goal of $75,000 to benefit the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, who was the only person killed in the shooting in Kansas City, Missouri, at the Super Bowl victory parade. The woman who set up the fundraising page thanked Swift for contributing.
“i just woke up and this is the first thing i see… never in a million years would i have thought something like this would directly affect my family so personally,” she wrote on X. “the world truly doesn’t deserve you. thank you SO much for thinking of kc’s community, i love you @taylorswift13.”

Lopez-Galvan’s sister, Carmen Lopez-Murguia, said she was in good spirits at the parade.
“She was just really happy to be there,” said Lopez-Murguia. “We did not expect the day to end like this.”
Among the other victims, half were under the age of 16, with the youngest being just 8 years old.
Two juveniles were charged in connection with the deadly shooting. The unidentified suspects are being detained on gun-related and resisting arrest charges, according to a Jackson County family court statement released on Friday.

Despite the large donation, many have continued to critique Taylor Swift.
Some have called for the uber-wealthy celebrity to donate more of her money.
