Illegal Immigrants Flips Off Camera After Being Charged With Attacking NYPD Officer And Lieutenant

Jhoan Boada, one of several illegal immigrants who attacked an NYPD officer and lieutenant, was seen flipping off cameras after being charged with assaulting a police officer.

Amazingly, the illegal immigrants were free from police custody!

Seven of the illegal immigrants have been charged for the attacks.

If you assault a police officer in New York City, it’s ok as long as you’re an illegal immigrant!

Fox News has more on the story:

A violent illegal immigrant who was arrested for taking part in a mob attack on two NYPD officers flipped the bird at awaiting reporters as he was released from custody on Wednesday.

Jhoan Boada, 22, made the offensive double-handed signal after he was released from police custody on charges of assaulting a police officer and gang assault for the shocking beat down in Times Square on Saturday near a migrant shelter.

Boada didn’t appear bothered by the serious charges as he flipped his two middle fingers and smirked at reporters and photographers outside the Midtown South Precinct in Manhattan. He was wearing a black Los Angeles Lakers shirt and khakis leaving the precinct station, while he has a tattoo on his left forearm.

Boada and several other illegal immigrants attacked an NYPD officer and lieutenant just steps from the New Amsterdam theater — a popular destination among tourists. The caught-on-camera attack has sparked widespread condemnation.

Seven illegal immigrants have now been charged in relation to the attack.

Who could have seen something like this coming?

There are consequences to letting untold numbers of illegal immigrants into a city.

More from the New York Post:

Jhoan Boada, 22, even took time to flip the double bird as he strolled out of Manhattan Criminal Court following his arraignment on charges of assaulting a police officer and obstructing governmental administration for Saturday’s caught-on-camera beating.

“I didn’t do nothing,” he muttered in Spanish as he exited a courthouse hallway in a hail of news camera flashes.

Boada was the fifth accused cop-attacker sprung on the bail-eligible rap, something NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell ripped as “reprehensible” earlier Wednesday.

“You have eight people attacking a lieutenant and a cop. The four that were arrested should be sitting in Rikers [Island] right now on bail,” the disgusted chief told reporters, as he noted cops are still hunting for three more suspects.

“You want to know why our cops are getting assaulted? There are no consequences,” he continued. “Eight people attacked two cops. Cowards.”

Something needs to be done about this crisis.
