Border to Remove Razor Wire - SCOTUS Bows To Biden's Admin Request

I wonder what else Biden’s Administration can do to show the people that they don’t care about us citizens.

What would they push to ensure that the flow of invaders keeps happening?

Remove any hurdles that are in place?

Well that razor wire at the border sure is a hurdle.

So that’s exactly what their going to remove.

Tell us again, Biden, how much you love us and want to protect us so much.

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Biden administration to remove razor wire barriers that Texas erected along a 29-mile stretch of the Rio Grande meant to block migrants at the Southwest border.

The 5-4 ruling was a temporary victory for the Biden administration, giving the federal government the upper hand in its fight with Texas while the underlying lawsuit continues.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, authorized the installation of the razor wire as part of a broader effort to deter migrants from crossing the Mexico border. That included a 29-mile stretch of the riverbank in Eagle Pass, much of which is private land.

But the Department of Homeland Security said federal law gives Border Patrol agents authority to access private land within 25 miles of the border and that state laws cannot be used to stop those agents from carrying out their work.

The agency told the Supreme Court that the razor wire is affecting migrants who have already entered the United States and making it harder for federal border agents to apprehend them.

Absolutely insanity.

Then again, what else should we expect from this group.

I bet if we all made a list of horrible things that government should never do, by the end of the year we’d see a lot of them checked off.

Regarding the border, this is the mindset that our leaders need to have:

“You shall not pass!” ( I don’t usually post memes, but this sums how we’re all feeling.)

EDITOR’S NOTE: the Editorial Board at WLTReport.com believes this is actually the right decision on the law. And it just might set the stage for President Trump to swiftly build his entire border wall when he is back in office. The Biden Regime has bad intent and will use this to further weaken the Border, but legally speaking Federal Law should prevail when it comes to issues of National Security. Now instead of certain towns, cities or states holding up President Trump, now we have another precedent in place that will grease the skids for President Trump to rapidly secure our Border. Interesting move. It looks bad on the surface right now, but this may be a major decision in Trump’s favor over the next 4 years.
