Billionaire Reveals NEW Plans For Epstein’s Island, Here’s How Much It Sold For

Realtors in many states are forced to disclose if a death or a murder occurred on the property they are selling. They are forced to do this because people feel that it is important.

People feel like a detail like that is so important that it brings the value of a property down. Most just aren’t willing to buy a property that was the site of a murder or even a natural death.

That being said, why would anyone buy Epstein’s island after what happened? I certainly wouldn’t.

Despite the island being steeped in scandal on a global level, it has not been forgotten or forlorn—far from it.

Billionaire Stephen Deckoff purchased the island last year for a whopping $60 million and has big plans to turn the island into a world-class, exclusive resort.

I know what you are thinking because I’m thinking it too. Is this island going to remain an enclave for the world’s elite to do whatever they please on the island?

Mario Nawfal and Business Insider provided more details: “His plan? Turn into a luxury getaway. Nestled off St. Thomas in the Caribbean, these islands are set to become another hideaway for the elite.

Future guests will jet into Cyril E. King Airport, then take a private yacht to the secluded 25-room resort, oozing with exclusivity and opulence.”

Daily Mail explained:

Deckoff, the co-founder of Black Diamond Capital Management, plans to open his resort on the islands in 2025.

It’s thought that because the property sat on the market for so long was because of the struggle to find a buyer.

The price was slashed from $125 million to $110 million in 2022.

Although Deckoff will remodel much of the island for his planned resort, Epstein’s home will remain and be turned into a hotel.

The New York Post noted several changes to the structures on the property:

The cryptic patterns that adorned the front and sides of the structure have also been whitewashed into memory, the shots show.

The temple was previously painted to make it look like it had a pair of forbidding wooden front doors with a medieval-style lock, but it has been remodeled as an outdoor patio and fire pit, and appears ready for a DJ set.
