Disney’s ESPN Forced To Issue Apology After Airing Breasts On TV

Were any of you watching the college football semifinals between the Washington Huskies and Texas Longhorns on ESPN recently?

The Sugar Bowl on Monday night was broadcast from New Orleans, which means someone made the regrettable decision to air live footage from Bourbon Street.

Can you guess what happened next?

Boobs.

On live TV.

Now I’m not going to sit here and act like this was the end of the word, because we have bigger problems in our Country right now than a couple of breasts flashing up on live TV.

But still, it wasn’t a good look for ESPN who had to issue this apology:

“We regret that this happened and apologize that the video aired in the telecast,” ESPN’s Bill Hofheimer said in a statement to The Associated Press.

And because I know some of you degenerates are only here to see the video for yourself, I have that for you right here.

WARNING: do not send me your hate mail.  If you don’t want to see it, don’t hit play.  I do not claim any rights to this footage, I am simply linking to a video on X (or perhaps we should say Twitter in this instance?):

And here’s a backup, with a better zoom-in on the subject matter at hand:

I had to laugh at some of the reaction Tweets from some hilarious people on X.

This was my favorite:

There does seem to be consensus that either it was pre-recorded footage and the breasts were not noticed (which is bad) or they chose to do a live shot on Bourbon Street (which is not the best decision):

Washington beat Texas 37-31 and advances to the national championship to play Michigan on Monday.

What do you think?

Appalling or not a big deal?
