Three Republican state lawmakers are drafting legislation to remove Joe Biden off the ballots in Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania Rep. Aaron Bernstine (R), Georgia Rep. Charlie Byrd (R), and Arizona Rep. Cory McGarr (R) are all in the process of drafting legislation to remove Biden from the ballots.
The move by the three lawmakers comes after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that the United States Constitution’s “Insurrection Clause” prevents Trump from appearing on Colorado’s presidential ballot.
