Republicans Reveal Game-Changing Mail-In Voting Bill!

Tired of mass cheating via mail-in ballots? I am too.

In response to the fallout from the fraudulent 2020 election, Senator Katie Britt (R-AL) has re-introduced a measure to prevent non-citizens from voting.

The “Citizen Ballot Protection” Act seeks to prevent illegal aliens and other non-citizens from casting mail-in ballots by requiring real identification verification for every single ballot.

Democrats have long opposed the idea of requiring voter ID, and Britt’s measure is unlikely to pass with a Democrat-controlled Senate.

Rep. Gary Palmer stated: “Democrats across the country want to use the votes of noncitizens to advance their radical agenda. The Citizen Ballot Protection Act is the first step in protecting our elections by allowing states to verify the citizenship of voters when they register.”

Lawmakers attempted to pass a version of this act last year, but the measure was never passed due to the lack of a clear Republican majority across government.

According to Breitbart, Senator Britt issued this statement:

“We are seeing certain cities across our nation begin to openly allow noncitizens to vote in local elections.

This effectively disenfranchises hardworking American citizens, insults those American citizens who came to our country legally and took the time and effort to go through the citizenship process, and undermines faith in our entire electoral system — which is a cornerstone of our nation that we cannot allow to crumble.”

Daily Caller provided a list of co-sponsors for the bill:

The co-sponsors of the legislation include all Republican members of the Senate Rules Committee: Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, Senate Rules Committee Ranking Member Deb Fischer of Nebraska and Sens. Ted Cruz of Texas, Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia, Roger Wicker of Mississippi, Cindy Hyde-Smith of Mississippi and Bill Hagerty of Tennessee.
