President Trump Racks Up Yet Another Legal Victory!

They keep trying and they keep failing in their efforts to thwart ‘democracy.’

Isn’t that what Democrats and liberals have been screeching about for almost four years now? Their precious ‘democracy’?

The left has been trying its absolute hardest to keep President Trump off of the ballot in 2024; could there be a bigger insult to ‘democracy’ than keeping a candidate off of the ballot?

Despite their efforts, they have lost every single legal challenge they have posed under the guise of the 14th Amendment thus far.

Everyone knows there was no ‘insurrection’ and the folks who continue to push these claims know they’re lying through their teeth.

Now, Michigan has become the latest state to strike down the unconstitutional effort to keep the 45th President off of the ballot in 2024.

An excerpt of the court ruling was provided by The Epoch Times:

“Nothing in the statutory framework that controls the process for presidential primary elections confers any authority on the Secretary of State to make eligibility determinations or to refuse to place a candidate on that particular ballot based on an eligibility determination.”

Trump Campaign Spokesperson Steven Cheung issued a statement following the resounding victory in Michigan.
