NOT SATRIE: Biden Regime Threatens To Take Kids’ Lunch Money If Schools Don’t Comply

I can’t believe what I am seeing right now, you can’t make this stuff up.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has gone full woke following Title 9 changes advanced by the Biden regime.

For those who aren’t familiar with Title 9, it is a broad-ranging set of laws designed to counter discrimination in education and our public schools.

This is seemingly innocent and even noble on the surface; everything the state does is seemingly noble on the surface.

Of course, in recent years Title 9 has come to be almost synonymous with both absurdity and virtue-signaling. Title 9 is now used to justify males in female bathrooms and men competing in women’s sports.

To add to that growing absurdity, the USDA is now threatening to withhold school lunches from those schools that fail to comply with the expanded Title 9 edicts from the Biden regime.

Andrea Shaffer dissected the plan and explained the mechanism by which the USDA can take away school lunches:

The Center Square broke the story:

“Don’t be fooled here, the Biden Administration is the only player in this policy fight that is taking away lunches from children,” U.S. Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kans., said after the effort failed.

“There is real-world evidence that USDA’s policy has already taken away school lunch funding from low-income children.

“Weaponizing school lunch money in pursuit of their radical agenda and putting students in the crosshairs is unconscionable, and we will not stand for it,” he added.

Numerous lawmakers, public figures, and Americans all decried the wokification of the United States Department of Agriculture, but almost no one asked why they have their hands in education in the first place.

However, the USDA Title 9 rules have one clear exception as outlined by Newsmax:

The Agriculture Department (USDA) will not require religious schools to follow the new Title IX regulations, after a lawsuit condemned the Biden administration for threatening to take away lunches from children attending Christian schools.
