FLASHBACK: Joe Biden Said, “I Got Tested For AIDS, Barack Got Tested for AIDS”

You may have heard about the recent interview between Tucker Carlson and Barack Obama’s alleged gay lover.

That story is here if you missed it:

Tucker Did It: Barack Obama’s (ALLEGED) Gay Lover (Episode 22)

Well, we have a flashback that could potentially add credibility to those claims:

I mean, if you thought political double standards had reached peak levels, wait until you hear this one.

So, Joe Biden candidly reveals that both he and Barack Obama got tested for AIDS as part of an awareness campaign. But hold the phone—let's play a quick game of 'what if.'

Can you even imagine if President Trump had said he was tested for AIDS?

My goodness, the mainstream media would be in a feeding frenzy!

CNN would have special segments dissecting his every move, and Hollywood elites would be all over Twitter throwing around snarky comments and questioning his sexuality.

But when Biden and Obama do it?

Crickets. Complete and utter crickets!

Why the radio silence from the Left?

Don't you think that if the shoe was on the other foot, President Trump would be facing endless mockery and speculation?

You bet he would!

So why is it that when it's one of their own, the media's reaction is about as exciting as a wet blanket?

And don't give me that 'it's about awareness' line.

If President Trump did it for awareness, he'd still be a punchline for weeks.

It's yet another glaring example of the media's blatant double standard. President Trump would be torn to shreds for something like this, but when it's a darling of the Left?

Not so much as a peep.

The hypocrisy is staggering, folks, and it's time we start calling it out loud and clear.

Because if we don't, who will?"

Huffington Post has all the details:

Delaware Sen. Joe Biden's trademark blunt talk set up the liveliest and one of the frankest admissions in a gathering of presidential candidates so far this campaign.

In response to a question about AIDS in the black community, Biden said, "I spent last summer going through the black sections of my town holding rallies in parks trying to get black men to understand it's not unmanly to wear a condom. Getting women to understand they can say no. Getting people in the position where testing matters. I got tested for AIDS. I know Barack [Obama] got tested for AIDS. There's no shame in being tested for AIDS."

Not only did Joe 'the gaffe machine' Biden say he and Barack Obama got tested for AIDS, but Obama himself then jumps in to clarify—he got tested 'with Michelle.'

Let that sink in for a moment.

Michelle Obama, the former First Lady, also got an AIDS test.

Now, do me a favor, folks: close your eyes and imagine the media circus that would ensue if Melania Trump announced she got tested for HIV.

Can you see it?

The non-stop news alerts, the late-night comedy sketches, the Hollywood Twitterati making her the butt of every single joke?

It would be wall-to-wall coverage with no end in sight.

But Michelle Obama?

Apparently, that's not newsworthy enough.

No talk show hot takes, no Twitter hashtags, nothing.

Isn't it curious?

The wife of a former President gets an AIDS test, and it's as if the media are wearing earplugs and blindfolds.

And the questions that should follow—why was Michelle tested?

Was there a particular reason?

Why is there no curiosity about this glaring revelation?

If this were Melania Trump, you can bet your bottom dollar that news outlets would be doing investigative pieces about her personal life and what led to the test.

Even the Los Angeles Times confirms:

A question on the high rate of HIV infection among African American teens triggered the liveliest exchange when Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. of Delaware said: "I spent last summer going through the black sections of my town, holding rallies in parks, trying to get black men to understand it is not unmanly to wear a condom, getting women to understand they can say no, getting people in the position where testing matters. I got tested for AIDS. I know Barack got tested for AIDS."

At that, Obama shot Biden a you've-got-to-be-kidding glance. A television camera caught the Rev. Al Sharpton in the audience looking appalled. (In January, Biden nearly derailed his campaign by referring to Obama as the first "clean" and "articulate" African American to seek the presidency.)

When the laughter died down and it was his turn to speak, Obama countered: "I want to make clear, I got tested with Michelle…. I don't want any confusion here about what's going on."

So what's the deal, folks?

Why the stark, glaring, and utterly baffling double standard?

It's a question we should all be asking because this isn't just about HIV tests; it's about the selective outrage and biased reporting that's become all too common.

We've got to keep holding them accountable, folks.

If we don't, who will?"
