Bravo miss Boebert, bravo! It’s like she stole the line straight from the libertarian playbook.
Taxation is theft—at the point of a gun no less. And this is exactly what the representative from Colorado told her colleagues on the House floor as she slammed the unconstitutional IRS.
Boebert railed against plans to massively expand the weaponized alphabet agency by 87,000 agents.
Aside from the astronomical cost, why are we allowing this illegitimate government to hire more bureaucrats to harass and intimidate the American people?
So they can rip us off and send the money to corrupt, brutal nations like Ukraine and Israel? No thanks!
America First means foreign funding absolutely last and this can only happen if we tame the government’s theft machine by abolishing the IRS and ending the Federal Reserve System of fiat money printing.
Here’s what Lauren Boebert had to say, and again, bravo:
“Taxation is theft and arming 87,000 IRS agents to go after the Middle Class, well, that’s just armed robbery,” the representative from Colorado stated.

Fox News explained that IRS funding had already been cut, only to (unfortunately) divert the money to foreign causes:
The House of Representatives approved sending $14.3 billion in federal aid dollars to Israel in a 226 to 196 vote on Thursday, with 12 Democrats joining Republicans to pass it.
Under the bill brought by House Republicans, that funding will be reallocated from money that was meant for the IRS in President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act.
Just two Republicans voted against the bill — Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and Thomas Massie, R-Ky.
Senator Ron Johnson also said: “Democrats love talking about wealthy tax cheats – but don’t like mentioning the most famous ones have the last name Biden.
They want to fund more IRS harassment of Americans, but falsely accuse those of us investigating the Bidens of pushing Russian disinformation.”

GOP Rep. Diana Harshbarger also spoke out against the corrupt and illegitimate agency:
“The IRS should be focused on ensuring taxpayers receive their entitled refund, instead of arming its agents to further extort Americans.
My amendment will disarm our tax collectors, and shift the focus of the IRS back to working for the American People, not against them.”

CNBC shared Janet Yellen’s perspective on the IRS’ slashed funding:
“Playing politics with IRS funding is unacceptable,” Yellen said. “Cutting it would be damaging and irresponsible.“
