After another day battling bogus legal battles in New York, President Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, spoke to the press, using heated words to go after Attorney General Letitia James.
Understandably so, Alina Habba appears annoyed that the trial is still ongoing.
I am saying that it wastes taxpayers’ money and time for everyone.

Donald Trump Jr., testifying for a second consecutive day, faced questions about his decision to sign financial claims at the center of the lawsuit. He was confronted with documents that he signed certifying the accuracy of these statements.
Trump Jr. said he was not involved in the accounting that went into these statements, saying that the work of preparing them rested upon the company’s accountants. His decision to sign documents, he said, boiled down to trusting their work.
“If they assured me in their expert opinion that these things were fine I would have been fine with that and signed off accordingly,” Trump Jr. testified while being questioned by Colleen Faherty, a member of James’s trial team.
Alina Habba was correct in everything she said.
These lawsuits are nothing more than political stunts that these failed politicians hope they can use in their careers.
I bet Attorney General Letitia James will have a new ad campaign for whatever she decides to run for next, saying something about how she ‘stood up’ to Donald Trump and took him to court.

Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron has already found Trump and the other defendants liable for fraudulently misstating the values of his assets on financial statements. The trial, which is taking place without a jury, centers on six other claims alleged by James. The defendants are appealing Engoron’s pretrial ruling.
The brothers and co-defendants, who took over the Trump Organization as executive vice presidents after their father went to the White House in 2017, arrived at the Manhattan Supreme Court together Thursday morning.
They are the first of four members of the Trump family expected to testify in the trial. The former president is expected to be called on Monday, and his daughter Ivanka Trump is set to take the stand Nov. 8.
Ivanka Trump was originally listed as a co-defendant but was removed on statute-of-limitations grounds by a New York appeals court earlier this year.
I can’t wait till all of these bogus indictments are over so I can stop reading how Democrats believe ‘this is the one!’
If anything were ever going to come from these cases, they already would have.
They must end now so President Trump has a FAIR chance at campaigning.
