According to sources, the FBI raided the home of Brianna Suggs, one of NYC Mayor Eric Adams’ top fundraisers. Not much is currently known about the reason for the raid, but sources claim that officials left with boxes.
Could this have anything to do with the recently launched Congressional investigation into Act Blue? Chuck Callesto reports:
“FBI raids home of NYC Mayor Eric Adams’ fundraising chief Brianna Suggs.. According to The New York Times, the agents involved in the operation include members of the public corruption unit.
The specific reasons behind the investigation and the nature of their search remain unclear. Eric Adams was en route to Washington, D.C., for discussions concerning the city’s migrant crisis when he was informed of the raid.
He had recorded a video of himself aboard a plane earlier in the day. Without providing any details, he decided to return to New York City, while other mayors from different cities continued with their meetings in D.C.
Several reports say the agents arrived at approximately 9 a.m. and were seen leaving with boxes.”

Federal agents busted into the Brooklyn home of Brianna Suggs, a close consultant whose firm has earned more than $150,000 from the mayor’s campaign team since 2021.
Her company – Suggs Solutions LLC – is registered to a family-owned brownstone at 929 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, according to property records.
Authorities purposely conducted the raid while Adams was absent, law enforcement sources told The Post.
Viral News NYC pointed out: “The mayor canceled his meetings just minutes before he was supposed to sit down with White House officials for a long sought-after face-to-face over the migrant crisis in NYC. Adams even flew down for the meetings but turned around as soon as he landed to head back to the Big Apple.”

The pair have worked together since 2017, when she joined his office of the Brooklyn Borough President to work as an administrative intern.
Suggs was Adams’ fundraiser and director of logistics for his successful 2021 mayoral campaign.
She now works as a fundraiser for the Kings County Democratic County Committee.
