Jewish Actress Fired From Animated Show Over Anti-Hamas Tweets

Cancel culture strikes again.

Veteran voice actress Tara Strong has been fired from her role in the animated series “Boxtown” after tweeting about the Israel-Hamas conflict.

Strong, who voiced characters on several shows like “My Little Pony,” “Rugrats,” “Teen Titans,” The PowerPuff Girls,” and more, posted a message in solidarity with Israel on X, formerly known as Twitter.

She also posted another message criticizing people who are sympathetic to the terror group Hamas, which carried out the massacre of over 1,300 people.

Internet trolls wasted little time attacking her and sent messages to the producers of “Boxtown,” which eventually led to her firing.

Here’s a portion of the story on Fox News:

“Hello all! Just wanted to offer a quick update on Boxtown. We will be recasting the role of Bill (previously played by Tara Strong). We’ll have more info soon on open auditions. Thanks for y’all’s understanding as we re-orient and figure out the next steps,” the post read in full.

Some posters raged in the comments, echoing Strong’s claims that she was fired for being Jewish, including one who added, “I’ve seen this before.”

The show replied with a tweet noting that other voice actors and writers on the show are Jewish, but another commenter quickly fired back, arguing Strong was fired for being Jewish and “not remaining silent.”

Further along in the thread, Strong replied to those blasting her as “Islamophobic,” writing, “I’m speaking about the terrorist org HAMAS. We should all be against them.”

Strong apparently had a valid point because it took the show four days to respond with their reason for firing her, which they did on Monday.

Strong’s firing shows just how bad things have gotten in this country in recent years. You can no longer voice your opinion on something that affects you personally.

You are also not allowed to say anything bad about terrorists without being labeled an Islamophobe.

She is a Jew with family members living in Israel and was worried for their safety and the safety of others in the country after an attack that claimed thousands of lives.

Instead of sympathizing with her, people attacked her and made her lose her job. To make matters worse, they were sympathizing with the terrorists that carried out the atrocities.

At this point, it wouldn’t be a stretch of the imagination to say that these idiots would probably cheer if there was another terrorist attack on American soil.
