Suddenly Fetterman Speaks Perfectly?

Sen. John Fetterman went on Late Night with Steven Colbert this week….

Wow, so many things about that sentence felt so wrong to type.

Like “Senator” applied to Fetterman….

“Late Night” applied to Colbert…

Our world is upside down.

I know David Letterman has turned far-left in his old age and goofy huge beard, but he used to be funny.  Really funny!

Letterman and even Leno were true comedians, in the sense that they actually made you laugh!

Imagine that!

Creativity and jokes for the sake of being funny, not for the sake of launching a political attack.

I miss those days.

Also very strange to call Fetterman a Senator.

But let me get to the point of this article…

Fetterman went on Late Night and the clip is going viral because he said we no longer send our best and brightest to Washington.

Watch here:

Obviously, that’s a funny clip because he seems to be too stupid to realize he is talking about himself.

But that’s not really what caught my attention the most.

What immediately stood out to me was how perfectly he now talks.

Did you catch that?

Isn’t this the guy that had the brain issue and couldn’t string together a sentence of 3 words just a few months ago?

And isn’t this also the guy who just a few weeks ago showed us how he has to use a translation app just to communicate?

But now here he is on Late Night talking like you or me?

Talking just fine!

Did his “Central Casting” Actor get upgraded?

Did they forget he’s not supposed to be able to speak?

What is going on here?

Fetterman Shows Off Transcription App He Has Been Secretly Using

During a recent special committee hearing, Senator John Fetterman showed off the transcription app he has to use due to not being able to process language fully.

While speaking to the Senate Special Committee on Aging, Fetterman held up his phone and showed witnesses that his phone has a transcription app that helps him communicate with people.

While talking about his stroke that occurred in 2022, Fetterman stated “Because I live in a political environment, I was ridiculed and made fun of.”

Watch Fetterman here:

Here’s what Politico reported:

Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) gave an emotional description of how transcription services have enabled him to continue serving after suffering a major stroke last year.

Speaking at a Senate Aging Committee hearing, Fetterman held up his iPhone to show off a transcription app and noted: “Because I live in a political environment, I was ridiculed and made fun of because I wasn’t able to process things sometimes.”

His voice breaking, Fetterman told the witnesses: “I’m so sorry that I’m sure many of you had to go through this kind of thing. I was lucky to go through my life — the vast majority of that — without this disability that I have.”

He spoke at the hearing on providing accessible government technology for veterans, older Americans and those with disabilities. Fetterman’s struggles with auditory processing following his stroke became a major issue in the waning days of the Senate campaign.

Here’s what The Hill shared:

Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) choked up while talking about struggles that people with disabilities face during a Thursday hearing of the Senate Special Committee on Aging.

Fetterman held up his phone to let the room see the transcription app that helps him follow conversations and interact with staff after a stroke last year damaged his ability to fully process language.

“Because I live in a political environment, I was ridiculed and made fun of,” Fetterman said, choking up as he spoke to the witnesses who testified at the hearing.

“I’m so sorry that I’m sure many of you had to go through this kind of thing,” Fetterman added. “I was lucky enough to go through my life, the vast majority of that, without this kind of disability that I have.”
