“Noah, Do You Ever Sleep?!”

One of the most common things people say when they email me is something along the lines of “Noah, do you ever sleep?”

Some version of that question.

Or….”you work too hard, you need to take care of yourself and take a vacation!”

Or….”you seem to be posting all hours of the day, make sure you don’t burn yourself out!”

Well, can I tell you a secret?

Two secrets actually.

First is that when you do what you love, you never have to work another day again in your life and that’s exactly how I feel each day.

So if it seems like I’m working all the time, it’s because I often am!

But it’s because I love it.

I also have to make time for family too, which is why it’s often “work hard, play hard!”

I work when they’re sleeping or at school or whenever I can, round the clock.

But then when it’s family time it’s time to disconnect and play hard and live up that time just as much or more so!

So that’s Secret #1.

Secret #2 is a little something called “Biohacking”.

Allow me to explain….

As I said, I absolutely love doing this and I want to make sure I can continue doing it for the next 50 years.

So that’s led me to get a little more strategic recently.

Because I want to make sure I can sit in this chair for the next 50 years, and not just sit here but THRIVE!

I want to be the best version of myself I can be so that I can continue to serve you at the highest level possible.

That’s the work side of it.

On the personal side, I’ve started to realize I’m not indestructible, so if I want to be around for my family and be the LEADER of this family for the next 50 years, I need to start laying that groundwork NOW!

I don’t want to just live to 100, I want to be vibrant.

I want to be the leader of the family that everyone can count on for decades to come!

So I’ve been getting very strategic recently.

Starting to really watch what I eat…

Experimenting with new supplementation and new routines….

Getting strategic about my sleep….

Increasing exercise and especially weight training.

All of it.

And as I got deeper into it, I realized I’m not alone.

A lot of people are doing this and there’s even a name for it:  “Biohacking”

How cool is that?

I’m a biohacker now!

No, I’m not sticking a Neurolink brain chip in my head.

Not that kind of hacking.

Here’s how Google defines “Biohacking”:

Tom Brady has been “biohacking” since before it had a name.

I just listened to his new interview with PBD and he said in his 30s he realized if he wanted to keep playing in the NFL, he had to get very strategic.

So he did.

He started small and just kept building.

And the man looks like he’s aging in reverse!

For real, check this out….

Here is his picture his first year in the NFL compared to his last year:

Here is a year-by-year collage:

Dude is legit aging backwards!

Now back to my story.

I’m still in the early stages but I can already start to feel some of the effects.

I talk a lot about ESS60 here and that is one of the first things I started taking before I even knew “biohacking” was a thing.

It’s been incredible.

That plus the basics — good sleep, good nutrition, exercise.

But then I discovered something else that I want to tell you about right now.

It’s called an NAD IV.

Have any of you ever heard about it?

I started hearing people talk about it and finally I said I have to try this.

Here’s the deal….

It’s NOT cheap.

Not at all.

But I finally decided I was just going to do it.

That was about a month ago and I have basically felt like Superman ever since!

For real, I encourage everyone to try it if you ever get the chance — and I have an ALTERNATE solution farther down below if you can’t or if it’s too expensive.  Keep reading…I never leave you hanging!

Now let’s see what ChatGPT says about it:

NAD, or Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, is a coenzyme found in all living cells, crucial for energy metabolism and maintaining proper cell functioning. NAD IV therapies have gained popularity for purportedly delivering a range of health benefits by replenishing NAD levels directly via intravenous infusions.

  1. Enhanced Cellular Function: NAD is integral to metabolic processes and the conversion of nutrients into energy. Replenishing NAD levels via IV therapy can help in enhancing cellular functions and maintaining cellular integrity, which is crucial for healthy aging.
  2. Cognitive Improvement: Some studies suggest that NAD IV therapy may bolster cognitive functions. It can potentially alleviate symptoms of brain fog, improve memory, and increase mental clarity by mitigating the effects of oxidative stress and repairing DNA.
  3. Increased Energy Levels: NAD plays a pivotal role in ATP production, the energy currency of the cell. An increase in NAD levels through IV therapy can, theoretically, contribute to heightened energy levels and reduce chronic fatigue symptoms.
  4. Anti-Aging Effects: NAD levels decrease naturally with age, impacting cellular repair processes. NAD IV therapy is lauded for its potential anti-aging benefits, promoting DNA repair and potentially slowing the aging process by mitigating age-related cellular damage.
  5. Mood and Mental Health: Research indicates that NAD may influence neurotransmitter production and release, affecting mood and mental health. NAD IV therapy can possibly offer relief from anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders by fostering a balance in neurotransmitter levels.
  6. Improved Muscle Function and Endurance: NAD is essential for energy metabolism in muscle cells. Augmenting NAD levels might contribute to improved muscle function, strength, and endurance, which can be especially beneficial for athletes or those with muscle-wasting conditions.
  7. Substance Withdrawal and Addiction Recovery: Emerging research highlights the potential of NAD IV therapy in easing withdrawal symptoms and reducing cravings in individuals grappling with substance dependency, facilitating a smoother recovery process.
  8. Boosted Metabolism: Enhanced NAD levels are associated with improved metabolic function. NAD IV therapy may aid in weight management by optimizing metabolic rate and promoting the efficient utilization of nutrients.
  9. Enhanced DNA Repair: NAD is integral to the activation of PARPs (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases), enzymes involved in DNA repair. Elevated NAD levels can potentially enhance the body’s ability to repair damaged DNA, protecting against genetic mutations and associated diseases.
  10. Strengthened Immune System: By promoting cellular repair and reducing inflammation, NAD IV therapy can potentially fortify the immune system, enabling the body to better combat infections and illnesses.
  11. Reduction in Inflammation: Chronic inflammation is linked to a myriad of health conditions. NAD IV therapy might assist in reducing inflammation through its role in anti-inflammatory processes, thus potentially diminishing the risk of inflammatory diseases.
  12. Improved Sleep Patterns: Regulated NAD levels are associated with maintaining circadian rhythms, which govern sleep-wake cycles. NAD IV therapy may potentially aid in addressing sleep disorders and promoting healthier sleep patterns.

It’s essential to note that while the purported benefits of NAD IV therapy are promising, it’s a relatively new treatment, and more rigorous, peer-reviewed studies are needed to substantiate many of these claims. Additionally, anyone considering NAD IV therapy should consult a healthcare professional to discuss its suitability, potential risks, and benefits in light of their individual health circumstances. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not currently regulate NAD IV therapy for many of the mentioned benefits, and thus, potential recipients should approach it cautiously.

That’s a LOT of words but my experience has been incredible.

I feel like I took a decade off and rewound the clock 10 years, that’s about the only way I can describe it.

Now let me tell you the last part of this story — at least the last part for now.  (Because I think I will have a lot of future installments of my Biohacking journey).

But the last piece for right now, and this might be the most important part to you, is after I did that NAD+ IV, I started wanting to do it more.

Again!

Let’s keep the party going!

But like I said, it is EXPENSIVE.

So I started researching and I found out there’s something called NMN which basically does the same thing — at a much cheaper price!

From ChatGPT:

Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is a substance that is derived from niacin (vitamin B3) and is considered a precursor to Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+). This means that NMN can be converted into NAD+ in the body.

Here’s a simple step-by-step process to illustrate how NMN supports the synthesis of NAD+ in the body:

1. NMN Synthesis:
NMN is synthesized in the body from B vitamins or can be taken as a supplement. It is an intermediate compound in the synthesis of NAD+.

2. Conversion to NAD+:
Once NMN is available in the body, it is converted to NAD+ through a series of enzymatic reactions. The enzyme NMN adenylyl transferase (NMNAT) catalyzes the conversion of NMN to NAD+ in the cells.

3. Boosting NAD+ Levels:
By increasing the availability of NMN, either through diet or supplementation, the cellular levels of NAD+ can also be increased. This is critical because NAD+ levels tend to decrease with age and under conditions of metabolic stress.

4. Supporting Cellular Functions:
Once formed, NAD+ plays a pivotal role in various cellular functions, including energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cell survival. It is a vital coenzyme for several enzymes, including sirtuins, which are involved in regulating cellular health and aging.

5. Benefits of Elevated NAD+:
Elevating NAD+ levels by providing its precursor, NMN, may have potential health benefits. It may help in improving energy metabolism, enhancing cellular repair processes, mitigating aging-related diseases, and possibly extending lifespan, although more research is needed to fully understand these effects.

6. Scientific Studies and Research:
Numerous studies, primarily in animal models, have demonstrated the potential benefits of NMN supplementation in increasing NAD+ levels and improving various health parameters. However, comprehensive clinical trials in humans are still ongoing to validate these findings and to understand the optimal dosages and long-term impacts.

To sum it up, NMN supports NAD+ by serving as a precursor molecule that can be converted into NAD+ in the body, thereby potentially supporting cellular health, energy metabolism, and longevity.

I’ll show you the one I personally use in just a minute, but first let me show you a couple videos of what other people say.

I researched ALL of this before finally deciding to test it out and I can confirm my experience has been very similar to these…

Watch this one first, where he talks about the first and then second bursts of energy:

This next one is also pretty incredible…

Love this guy’s testimony:

Last one here that focuses on “longevity”….

That’s my main focus.

Long + Healthy life.

Full life.

One last thing….

Other than my personal experience with both NAD+ and NMN, do you know how I know that these must be INCREDIBLY good for you?

Because the FDA is trying to ban them.

You can’t make this stuff up folks!

Check this out from NMN.com:

In March 2023, the Natural Products Association (NPA) and Alliance for Natural Health USA submitted a request to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In their request, the organizations asked the FDA not to exclude NMN under the definition of a dietary supplement and commit to not enforcing their existing ban on the sale of NMN as a supplement.

“We are advising you, in accordance with 21 CFR 10.30(e)(2), that we have not reached a decision on your petition within the first 180 days due to competing agency priorities,” wrote Cara Welch, PhD, director of FDA’s Office of Dietary Supplement Programs (ODSP), to the NPA and the Alliance for Natural Health USA according to a press release. “However, be advised that our staff is evaluating your petition.”

Inaction and No Substantive Response from the FDA Regarding NMN

The citizen petition was filed after the FDA concluded in November 2022 that NMN cannot be lawfully marketed in dietary supplement products. The FDA went on to say that their decision was based on NMN being authorized for investigation as a new drug and being the subject of substantial clinical investigations.

Prior to this conclusion from the FDA, the FDA had acknowledged NMN as a new dietary ingredient (NDI) — an additive to dietary supplement products. Regarding their NDI, the FDA later went on to say that it had not immediately made the connection between NMN and MIB-626 — a proprietary form of NMN under investigation as a new drug from the company Metro International Biotech.

The NPA President and CEO Daniel Fabricant, PhD, said that the NMN petition should be an agency priority because it is a public health matter relating to the NDI notification process. This process is a requirement of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) to demonstrate the safety of novel ingredients.

Dr. Fabricant has criticized the FDA’s reversal of their NDI acknowledgement in the form of a so-called “good day” letter they sent in May of 2022 to a Chinese NMN manufacturer, SyncoZymes (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. As such, he has characterized the FDA’s decision reversal as “basically taking the NDI process and throwing it out.”

It’s very similar to what the FDA did to a supplement called NAC, which also received high praise for it’s incredible results seen by many people.

Can’t have that, can we?

BigPharma does NOT like that!

From CRNUSA:

“We’ve already seen FDA’s use of drug preclusion to deny marketing of CBD in dietary supplements and to stop sales of N-acetyl-L cysteine (NAC). Rather than provide clarity to the drug preclusion situation or establish a transparent process for obtaining exceptions to that rule, FDA has invoked enforcement discretion narrowly to NAC more than two years after concluding that it is not a dietary ingredient. The industry is still waiting on the promised formal exemption for NAC. This is precisely why we didn’t offer FDA an easy way out in our citizen petition on NAC. The announcement this week on β-NMN just perpetuates the uncertainty around the drug preclusion issue and furthers FDA’s course of plucking individual ingredients out of the supplement marketplace without warning. Manufacturers, retailers, and consumers are left in limbo each time this happens.”

While many people claim NMN is already banned in the USA, AlphaCell explains that’s not actually the case — at least not yet:

In 2022 the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) ruled that NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) was to be excluded from the definition of a dietary supplement.

The NMN FDA ban wants to prevent NMN from being sold as a dietary supplement within the USA.

It does not affect the sale of NMN in any other countries, as the FDA only has authority within the USA.

This means that selling/purchasing NMN within the United States may be more difficult in the future. Many retailers have already pulled NMN off their shelves such as Amazon and Walmart

As of now, anyone in the United States can still purchase NMN from existing websites within or outside of the US for their own personal use.

The reason for the NMN supplement being banned in the USA is that the FDA has now authorized NMN to be investigated as a new drug.

Metro International Biotech is the company conducting the research on NMN.

Despite uproar from the supplement industry, it has been speculated that the FDA may choose not to enforce their ruling just yet but instead exercise ‘enforcement discretion’.

Because NMN was listed as an investigational drug prior to it being on the market as a supplement, its status was able to be changed from dietary supplement to drug.

With new drug products comes extensive research and testing and requires significant financial investment.

Removing NMN from shelves allows profits to be recovered by pharmaceutical companies developing it as a drug.

Implications For NMN Consumers

The good news is that NMN can still be purchased on websites within and outside of the US and consumed for personal use.

This means American residents can still enjoy the benefits of NMN and its well-published positive effects as an anti-aging supplement.

Does this really surprise anyone?

The SEC does not exist to “protect investors” …. it exists to protect Big Banking and Finance!

Similarly, the FDA seems much more interested in protecting BigPharma that protecting YOU!

At least that’s the opinion many have.

Before I bring this to a close, I promised you I wouldn’t leave you hanging….and I won’t.

If YOU would like to join me on my Biohacking journey, I want to show you the NMN I personally use.

It’s from a company in the U.K. called “Do Not Age“.

Don’t you just love that name?

And the initials….DNA!

There are 3 products I want to tell you about…

NMN and NR work in similar ways and are both believed to spike your NAD+ levels.

So even if NMN is banned in the future, you can always count on NR.

The third is TMG, which should be taken with NMN for the best results.

NMN:

NR:

TMG:

Now, here’s the last thing….

You know I ALWAYS have your back, right?

I love this stuff so much that I called up the company and asked if we could do business together.

I told them I wanted to tell people about their stuff but if I did that I wanted to give them a discount.

And guess what?

They said ok!

So….if you want to grab some, before you Checkout look for this Coupon Code box and type in WLT and it will get you 10% off your order!

BOOM!

Come on….who loves ya baby!

I only ask one thing…

If you get some NMN or NR, you have to promise to take it every day and then message me after 60 days and tell me how you feel!

I am really going to look forward to reading those.

Fair deal?

Ok cool.

I’m serious about that, don’t let me down!

As always, whenever I’m talking about any sort of supplements or “Biohacking” I have to give you two disclaimers before I wrap this up.

One, I’ve told you about MY experience and given you some YouTube testimonials about other people’s experiences.  But you should always consult your doctor and do what’s right for YOU!  I am not a doctor and I don’t give medical advice.  I am simply telling you what I have researched and then what I personally experienced.  Ok?  Ok.

Two, nothing in this article has been evaluated by the FDA (of course not, because they are trying to ban it!) and I am not claiming anything will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

I’m just a guy who wants to stay in this seat for the next 50 years and in the seat of leader of my family also for the next 50 years, and I don’t want to be just barely getting along….I want to THRIVE!

So I’m planning right now and making down payments on checks I intend to cash 50 years from now.

Who’s with me?

To our health!

-Noah
