Hunter Biden SUES Rudy Giuliani

You know what they say, one encounters the heaviest fire when they are right over the target.

Hunter Biden has reportedly sued Rudy Giuliani for allegedly hacking into his laptop and ‘manipulating’ data found in the internal storage of the electronic device.

Lawyers for Hunter claimed that his digital privacy was destroyed forever and that the leaking of the laptop’s contents represented a crime, according to both local and federal statutes.

Biden’s attorneys even went so far as to claim that there was never a laptop and that the files actually came from an external hard drive. Multiple outlets confirmed on Tuesday:

Fox News presented excerpts from the lawsuit filing:

“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop’ computer.”

One of Rudy Giuliani’s advisors responded with this statement, CNN reports:

“Hunter Biden has previously refused to admit ownership of the laptop,” said Ted Goodman, the adviser.

“I’m not surprised he’s now falsely claiming his laptop hard drive was manipulated by Mayor Giuliani, considering the sordid material and potential evidence of crimes on that thing.”
