President Trump thinks WHO is responsible for Jan. 6? “She Turned Down 10,000 Soldiers.”

In a recent interview with President Trump, he blames what happened on Jan. 6 on Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

President Trump said that Pelosi had the chance to call in 10,000 soldiers.

Failure to do so directly resulted in what happened on Jan. 6.

More from Fox News:

Former President Donald Trump argued in his first network interview since leaving office that former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi “is responsible for Jan. 6.”

“Nancy Pelosi was in charge of security. She turned down 10,000 soldiers. If she didn’t turn down the soldiers, you wouldn’t have had Jan. 6,” Trump told NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker during a recent sit-down interview at Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Trump declined to answer if he called military or law enforcement that day, saying, “I behaved so well, I did such a good job, Nancy Pelosi turned down 10,000 soldiers… if she didn’t do that…” Welker challenged Trump that Pelosi did not have the authority he had as commander in chief.

“I understand that the police testified against her, the chief very strongly against her, the Capitol police, great people,” Trump said in the interview aired Sunday. “They testified against her, and they burned all the evidence. OK? They burned all the evidence. They destroyed all the evidence about Nancy Pelosi.”

“She has authority over the Capitol,” Trump added. “National Guard not coming? I asked her [for them] to be there three days in advance, and she turned it down.”

We already know that Jan. 6 was encouraged by federal agents.

This just further solidifies that.

More from the Washington Examiner:

The Jan. 6 committee investigating the Capitol attack released a report saying Trump didn’t intend to order the troops to protect the Capitol, but “floated the idea of having 10,000 National Guardsmen deployed to protect him and his supporters from any supposed threats by left-wing counterprotesters.”

Pelosi questioned Trump’s remark, emphasizing that “Trumpites” were attacking the Capitol, fighting the police, and threatening her life along with former Vice President Mike Pence.

“There’s a sickness here, there has to be an intervention,” Pelosi said, saying “that intervention has to be the election which we have to win,” adding that’s one of the reasons she is running for reelection in the House.

Nancy Pelosi is perhaps one of the most corrupt government officials in American history.

The day she is no longer in office, we will see great things come about this country.
