Even The Washington Post Is Telling Biden He Can’t Stop Trump!

This is both a hilarious and extremely telling development.

David Ignatius, a Washington Post columnist who is so cozy with Joe Biden that it would make Jill jealous, recently penned a piece titled “President Biden Should Not Run Again in 2024.”

Ignatius has long claimed that Biden’s biggest accomplishment was ‘stopping Trump,’ yet now he is saying that Biden must get out of the way because Donald Trump threatens to undo Biden’s greatest accomplishment.

That’s right! Ignatius told his readers this and explicitly told them that Biden needs to get out of the way because he can’t stop Trump in 2024, and this would undo the best thing he has ever done—the irony!

It’s the end of an era everyone—even Biden’s most ardent and vocal supporters are now abandoning him—it’s over for the resident-in-chief.

Senior Trump advisor Jason Miller shared the Washington Post article and wrote: “Yikes! Ignatius drops the hammer on Biden and Harris both! “President Biden should not run again in 2024.”

Mark Ames summarized the significance of this concession in one sentence: “Ignatius is long known as Langley’s mouthpiece so this is more like an official declaration than mere opinion.”

The New York Post didn’t fail to take notice and presented excerpts from Ignatius’ article:

“Because of their concerns about Biden’s age, voters would sensibly focus on his presumptive running mate, Harris,” Ignatius wrote.

“She is less popular than Biden, with a 39.5 percent approval rating, according to polling website FiveThirtyEight.

Harris has many laudable qualities, but the simple fact is that she has failed to gain traction in the country or even within her own party.”

RNC Research shared the results of a previous NBC poll: “NBC POLL, among Democrats: “53% of 2020 Biden voters say he shouldn’t run. 64% of Democrats who voted for Sanders or Warren in the 2020 primaries think he shouldn’t run. 76% of voters under 35 think he shouldn’t run.”

GOP Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel presented the results of both the NBC poll and others conducted by major news networks: “CNN Poll: Only 32% say Biden deserves to be reelected. ABC Poll: Only 31% of DEMOCRATS want Biden to be their nominee.”

Ignatius went on to suggest some remedies for Biden’s VP problem, According to The Hill:

He wrote that Biden “has never been good at saying no,” arguing that he should have “resisted” picking Harris as his vice president over someone like then-Rep. Karen Bass (D-Calif.).

Ignatius also said the now-president should have stopped his son, Hunter Biden, from joining the board of a Ukrainian energy company, which has become fodder for GOP attacks and investigations.
